Especially most women are never trying occasionally maintain their weigth and don´t know what to expect when trying to maintain their weight. That got me thinking about my own relationship with food. So I decided to share how I see food, what kind of wins my clients had when they were able to create healthier relationship with food. This is very important conversation to have with yourself as I see so many people struggle with their relationship with food, without even noticing it.
