So exciting! My first episode of Her Holistic Habits! I am so grateful that you are here. In this episode you will hear a bit of my story and how I got here! One thing that I want to share is that you have the power and the choice to live the life of your dreams! I also want you to take away from this episode that the struggles can lead you to a path bigger and better than your wildest dreams. Most importantly I want you to know that I got you. We are on this journey together!

As I mention in today’s episode:

Just because something is deemed NORMAL does not make it OK. I want to light a fire inside of you to know that when you FEEL something it deserves recognition EVERY TIME. I did not stop searching for answers or solutions even after I was told that my physical body was ‘normal.’ 

Nutrition is important. Food is what BUILDS us.

We don’t need to make it complicated and I am here to prove that.

Ask yourself- How does this meal make me FEEL after I eat?

We are all unique with our own bio-individual needs when it comes to physical and mental health.
