Boost your Immunity. Can you even count how many times you have heard or seen this phrase?! Do you want to BOOST your immunity? Are you getting frequent sickness?  In this episode, we talk about the bigger picture and dive into what your body is already doing to support you in HEALTH. 

How are you setting yourself up for health? How are you building your home that you will live in for the rest of your life? 


“Self-care is one of the most important ingredients to a healthy immune system.”


The food that we eat greatly affects your immune health. The food that we eat can make us more prone to infection and sickness. 


“There is a once in a lifetime chance to change the way our body reacts to the outside world. YOU have the power.”


It’s important to remember not to go from 0-100 when we are wanting to change something for the better in our life.


“Don’t let your mind trick you into thinking this has to be hard.” When we are prepared we have a better chance to succeed.”


SMALL steps lead to BIG changes. They all add up! 


I go over 5 ways to boost your immunity NATURALLY. We need to stop making it so complicated and start over. Get back to the basics of a FOOD first approach. We cannot out supplement a junk food diet. We go deep into these 5 ways to set yourself up for success! 


  1. Eat nutrient dense foods. “How can I fuel my body?” Start where you are.
  2. Supplements- AFTER food.
    1. Probiotic
    2. Vitamin D
    3. Vitamin C
    4. Zinc
  3. SLEEP- YES sleep is so important and when we support a good nights sleep, we support our body’s natural way to heal and detox. 
    1. Consistent bedtime
    2. Avoid eating 2 hours before bed
    3. Dim lighting, less screen time- increases melatonin 
    4. Avoid drinking caffeine in the afternoon
    5. Bedtime routine is important. Make it something to look forward to. Add thinks like essential oils, journal, bath, a warm comforting cup of tea. Make it fun!
  4. Reduce STRESS. 
    1. Take time to BREATH.
    2. Gratitude Journaling. “Anxiety cannot exist where GRATITUDE lives.”
    3. Take time for friends that bring you JOY.
    4. Try meditation. It will CHANGE your life
  5. Exercise. Start small if you need to! Move your body for 15-20 min a day. Boosts your immune system when you get your beautiful BOD moving!
