• Ashley and Kemberly discuss the Gems Clinic at Boston Children’s Hospital and the stepped, conservative approach to starting the treatment process.
• The perspective that Kemberly’s family was going through a transition, not just her child. She shares the importance of remembering not to carry shame - whether that is the child who wants to transition, or it’s the parent who’s on the transitioning journey with their child.
