Detoxing your life involves clearing out the negative influences in your life and focusing on self-care to improve your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. 

To start, declutter your physical environment by getting rid of things that you no longer need or use. Organize your living space, and create a peaceful and calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and positive thinking.

Next, focus on your digital detox by limiting your screen time and taking regular breaks from your devices. Disconnect from social media and technology, and spend more time engaging in meaningful activities such as exercise, yoga, or spending time outdoors.

Detoxing your life also involves reevaluating your relationships, setting boundaries, and surrounding yourself with positive and supportive people. This includes saying goodbye to toxic relationships and unhealthy habits that no longer serve you.
