In this thought-provoking episode, I delve into the deeply concerning issue of reactionary abuse head-on. Through personal anecdotes, I provide valuable insights into the long-term effects the shame from reactionary abuse had on  my psychological, emotional and physical health. I examine the power dynamics involved and the ways in which abusers manipulate and control their victims through guilt, gaslighting and emotional coercion. 

In the later part of the episode, I shift our focus to the healing and recovery process. I share my personal journey of survival, resilience, and finding empowerment and a sense of self-worth through vulnerability, compassion and curiosity.
