Speaker 1:

Morning morning, mr A A Ron. How are you, brother, doing? Good man, how are you doing? Fan Freaking, tastic dude, how's life? How's everything? Wife and kids we both look a little tired. Well, we may have had some fun last night or yesterday, you know, supporting our local Hurrah running utes.

Speaker 1:

Yes, yes, and they whooped the shit out of the Gators. Gators, yes, they did, which is perfect. It was fun getting up there to be able to support Brandon and his tailgate. I look at things. Yeah, that was really cool. Actually, you know, it's funny because I just watched there's a documentary about they call it the swamp zone or something like that, but it's about the Gators and their whole time back with T-Brow and what's the coach you used to coach here that coached them? Um, anyways, the whole thing was about them and that period of time, how they just freaking dominate it. Yeah, they really do, but it's a pretty, pretty freaking cool. Let me throw up a slide here. Bam, check that out, baby. Heck, yeah, heck yeah. They, uh, they pretty much stomped the Florida Gators and sent them packing. They look good. I mean, it was, it was, it was awesome. No, it was way awesome, dude Cause, uh, I guess one of the Gators, the the defensive uh, defensive end for the Gators right before the game, walked out of the tunnel and took a picture and and and made a reference to that.

Speaker 1:

The stadium was a little old stadium. Oh really, oh yeah, wow, people up and sent that dude packing with his freaking tail between his legs. Little stadium. That worked you? Yeah. No-transcript.

Speaker 1:

In that article it was talking about how that the stadiums actually ranked as one of the top 30 loudest stadiums. Oh, my gosh, I mean I don't know where they've fallen at. I didn't pursue it to see where, but I guess some of the neighbors and stuff have been complaining that it's just, it's almost like living right next to an airport. You know what, uh, they. They talk about how the crowd and the noise is is as big a factor to. You know energy and all that in the game.

Speaker 1:

It's like, yeah, well, you know what's funny is is, as you know, we were sitting at the tailgate watching the game but there's a lag. You would hear us play the core hole, but I went to go and look whatever's going on. Yeah, you'd hear all of a sudden a bit right, and then it, then it would come up. We'd all be all right, they must have got an interception or but they, they ended up sacking that quarterback. I know at least five times. Wow, yeah, I mean it was. It was a total ass whooping. Yeah, that's awesome, man, straight up from the get, go, that's awesome. So so cool. Good job, utes, go, utes, go, utes. Yeah, love it. And the tailgating is just, it's just fun.

Speaker 1:

Man, I'm just hanging out and you know I ran into so many people that I know yesterday that I haven't seen for a long time and it just was kind of cool to just catch back up. We walked over. We heard there was a, they had, they had barbecued a gator. Oh, I saw that this morning. Yeah, yeah, so I was actually going to talk about it. We went, yeah, we went to go look at it. But by the time we got over there how far I think that was gone yeah, showed a guy with a big old beard like ours that was he was. He played football, his boy played football with my boy. So we yeah, he's a great guy, yeah, he seemed like it and it showed videos of him earlier in the day prepping it to cook it. He, his first post in the morning was perfect way to see a sunrise and it was this empty tailgate but it was the sun coming over VA, oh, wow, yeah, over the VA hospital right there.

Speaker 1:

Well, you know, yesterday I was watching the morning news and they I actually went and walked around and tried to find them but I could never find them. But they interviewed these three dudes that were setting up and I mean it was 6, 30 in the morning, my gosh and I mean they had the whole thing, they had a, they had a trailer that that they built up. You know a lot, quite a few of them out there. Yeah, it was just cool. You know, casey Scott just went out there and started interviewing people and there's some, some die hard fanatics, die hard, die hards. Like it's amazing, dude, how far they go with their setups. Yeah, yeah, absolutely.

Speaker 1:

Some of those retro bands and retro trailers and yeah, I mean barbecue pins, yeah, like they, they buy, like this guy was saying he bought this trailer for a hundred bucks and then they just go through it and it's. It's almost like my brother Shishak, you know he's, he's built in the Shishak for his wife, the little studio kind of cool thing. It's nice to. Yeah, it's really nice, sweet, I know he's going to have a patio and I can't wait to see it when it's all done. But yeah, these guys just built out this, this thing, and I mean they had canopies up and and tables with the skirt things over them. I mean you like top notch, chopped notch? Yeah, look, it's fun.

Speaker 1:

You know, just I I've cruised around up there and and I don't know who the group was, but it was a Samoan group and I mean they're just so giving and and friendly and just come on in here, eat some food and amazing food. Right after you kind of snuck off last last evening there, big Buddha was right by us, oh, yeah. So he came in and sat with us in our little group and oh, very cool, Played some cornhole. Yeah, he's a fun guy, he is. Yeah, I've met him once before, but he's he's a pretty cool dude, absolutely, and he fills in on on with Casey Scott sometimes. Oh, okay, yeah, on on KSL five. So he used to be with I believe it was Fox. Yeah, he was, yeah, but I don't think he's with them anymore and now he's doing some stuff with KSL man, I don't know, but I sure like these, I sure like these tailgates.

Speaker 1:

Wish I could talk my wife into going up there with me. Bring her along this next time. She'd enjoy the crowd, she, the ladies that are all there hanging out, and I mean you don't have to stay too long and it's, you know, par for the course. I probably should drink a lot less than what I did and do. No, it was fun and all in good. All in good fun. Yeah, bunch of fun people, a bunch of fun time, alrighty, dude. So enough about the youths, but we're proud of you guys Big time, very proud. You guys looked amazing. And that was our second string quarterback, by the way. Oh, it was. Yeah, cam is still out. Cam is still out. Wow, yeah, I didn't realize. Second stream, baby. Let's talk really quick about our mixer. We've got our our mixer coming up in 14 days. Yeah, so mid, mid September At second summit, hard cider.

Speaker 1:

Second summit, hard cider and for those of you that haven't heard of that, second summit is it's actually a really cool place. I've never been there personally, but we've had a gal that's on our team that that's actually why we decided to to go to them. I guess they've got like a half an acre of pickle ball and and cornhole and they're doing a Hawaiian food truck and they're they're going to come up with some drinks that are Hawaiian based and they're all Hawaiian shirts. Yeah, that's, dude, it's going to be. We haven't done an outdoor one yet and you know what? I think this is going to be a lot of fun. I do too. Yeah, I really do think it's going to be awesome.

Speaker 1:

And, guys, let me hit this slide. There's the QR code. Our, our, our charity, or our, our, where we're wanting people to assist is is to help these people that lost everything over in Hawaii. I mean everything. This, this charity's come right off of KSL, which vetted, vetted it. The money goes directly to the people in need. Yep, goes right to the community. Yeah, then that puts it out where it needs to go. Yeah, so please be generous. And and we'll have that QR code also there the night of. You know, these people, that's that's what this is all about. They, they need our help. Yeah, that's just it.

Speaker 1:

Lots of deaths, lots of like 100% losses of all their assets, and I mean Can't even imagine, I can't even imagine. I mean the, the, the fear. I've watched a couple different things where, where these guys I mean literally, they had seconds to to boogie and ran down to the ocean. I read this one story where where they would go out in the water when it would get too hot and and because I couldn't stand it anymore, and then they would go back up on the beach because the water was cold, because it was a big storm, and they would hunker down by the seawall until it got too hot again and they'd go back out to the ocean just back and forth, and can you imagine the fear? Yeah, there's roads with cars on the road that were burned down and people just ran into the ocean just to get out, get away from them. They left their stuff and just to save their lives. I can't even. I mean it must have felt like the world was coming to an absolute end. That's just nowhere to go. Just again to the water. Yeah, man.

Speaker 1:

And I read another article based on it where it definitely was the power company that started the fire. Oh wow, but what they were claiming is, yes, the fire started, but they had called out the fire trucks and whatnot, and they put it out, but then they left and I mean, this is what the power company saying and then the fire sparked back up. Whether that's truth or not, but I thought it was kind of interesting. I wondered how it started. Yeah, power, wow, I guess over there it's calm and if they get higher winds they shut the power down because I mean, that's what started it. Something blew down and started a fire Wow Scary. And then in that wind give me a break I just took the fire and blew it through, yes, blew it through.

Speaker 1:

So hopefully we can get a really big crowd out out there at the summit and have some good times and play some pickleball and get to know some people. Yeah, we'd love to have you guys all out. Yes, we would. We also have in October, october 9th, we have our pumpkin patch. Okay, yeah, yeah, and I'm pretty sure we're going to sponsor what is it? A table or a booth? Yeah, you know just our team where kids can come out and I guess they can trigger treats. This is going to be our first kids. I mean, we've been doing, we've been marking this for all year long, trying to do something. So this is our shot to invite out all of our people with kids and family oriented. Yeah, family Kids get to come out and pick a pumpkin and it's going to be awesome. It really is. I'm actually looking forward to it, you know. So that'll be a fun one. Guys Put it on your calendar and I'm sure we'll be reaching out to all of you that are in our VIP groups so that you know we send you a personal invite to come out and hang out with us. So that'll be a good one, dude, I'm looking forward to that.

Speaker 1:

What else we got here? How about this week? We had a fun opportunity we did. I walked in last, I think it was last Friday, and they're like hey, vinks, I'm like what Dean said, you guys are going to do the office training on Wednesday. You know it was called Basecamp, yeah, and it's live. And then we also they also zoom in over to the rest of our cells all century, everybody, all century, 400 plus agents, and we got to get up there and put our good dudes on and you know it was fun just to talk about, kind of the best practices. We're up to this podcast.

Speaker 1:

Our mixers were doing the basically wrapping, helping other people wrap their brains around getting connected or becoming super social and connected with their crowd. Yeah, I like it. It was fun, yeah, so we they gave us not quite an hour and we took every bit of it and some, yeah, we went over about a half hour. I can see Nick was getting a little bit nervous. You know, a couple people had to go because they weren't proud of it, but the majority of people sat through it and enjoyed it, and you know what I mean.

Speaker 1:

The response, aaron, I'm actually. I mean it makes me proud that the response we got back from it. I mean, george came right to us and told us how many people have told him it was really, really cool. I even had people that saw it on zoom. Tell me, dude, I watched you on zoom. It was awesome. Likewise, yeah, some of my some of my friends as well messaged me just basically, you know, acknowledging saying how good a value we provided and just flat out loved it. Man, yeah, well, to any of you guys out there that are agents, if you're, if you're interested and want to hear more about our system, reach out to us. Man, we'd love to share it with you. We'd love to have you on our team. It's that simple. It's been fun. We actually so.

Speaker 1:

We're doing our book every morning and this morning we had one of the agents from the, from the class, come in and sit down and just enjoy and basically spend a few minutes explaining to me how much she misses the camaraderie and the closeness. You know, a lot of sense, covid. Things have been a little bit discombobulated and you know, and I I know the office is doing their best to get everybody back into the flow or back into into the office, and so she was excited because she wants to be part of something, she wants to be able to enjoy the, the crowd, and that's kind of been the big thing. The big value at this office, for me as well, has been the social part of it, right. So, yeah, open invite to anything we're doing, doesn't matter what it is. Yeah, if you're. If you're in the business, awesome. If you're not, we would love you to come in.

Speaker 1:

We, we, I think, was it next Tuesday we're having our guitar lessons. Yeah, I think we did decide on. Yeah, we're every week we're having, as Brett Bushman comes in and he's, he's spending some time with us and he's good. Oh, yeah, he really is good. Yeah, yeah, so he spent some time. I love, I love. It pushes me more to want to to, even though this last week I sucked at practicing. But that's all right, I'll get back on the work and busier and busier. So we got to figure it out. Yeah, Well, you know what? It's? Nobody's fault but my own. I mean, there's plenty of time where I could just, you know, not watch TV or not do something and sit down for 20 minutes and just strum away and start learning the chords, and so I'm pretty committed to making that happen and doing that.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, the guitar thing is, it's awesome, but you know, it is we're creating and this is kind of what I said in this presentation is that the big portion of what we're doing is about culture, about the culture that we're creating within our team, the family camaraderie within our team. We have each other's backs. We're a group, we're excited. It's no negative available period. Yeah, it's been a lot of fun, man. Yeah, I think we're doing a good job. I think so too, dude. So again, any of you agents out there that want more information or want to even consider possibly coming over to the team and having a really kick butt system that you can plug and play and just tap right into Cause I mean, we've got, step by step, exactly what you need to do from the get go to managing it once you've got everything set in place, so pretty cool there.

Speaker 1:

We started a new book this week, the Magic of Thinking Big. That's a good one. It's an oldie bit of goodie, it's. It's really, I mean it's interesting. Right now we're discussing just belief about just just having the, the I can mentality versus I probably can't or any type of any. I need to work on that. Yeah, I don't think you have you can't anywhere in you. Nope, in the hope. Yeah, but it's, I mean it's. It's fun thought, it's fun talk and it's fun thought and really it's a good check basically where your head's at how you're functioning, how you behave in the day. Yeah, well, I mean, we, we kind of. That's one thing that's really cool, guys, about our book club is it's we're just not reading. I mean we stop periodically through the process and we actually discuss.

Speaker 1:

It was really interesting listening to Lordus Lordus this morning. She's from Peru and and was sharing with us that she had moved over here when she was what'd she say? 13 or no, 12 or was it 17?, yeah, 17. And and she really she didn't want to learn the language, she didn't. She basically got over here and then didn't have any way to get back home. Yeah, she ended up not enjoying it cause she wasn't buying in and jumping in and you know, really taking on the and on the language, and so she was didn't feel part of it, but couldn't go home. So eventually she conceded and, yeah, and now look at her, yeah, she's awesome, like she is a freaking fireball.

Speaker 1:

I really really like her. She's awesome. Yeah, she is amazing. She has great energy around her and and she has a total total. Get out of my way. I've, I've nothing. Nothing can stop me from doing what I want to do. Yep, I'm going to go get what I want, yeah, and I love it, I love it, love it. So she's one of the agents that is considering coming on the team. I think she'd be a huge asset to our team, not only because she speaks Spanish, but but just her whole aura and the way that, the way that she is. Yeah, I really like her. Yep, and I think there would be a lot of benefits that that she would gain by being able to plug into something like this. I mean, she's expressed to us that she really wants to get that fire back. Yeah, and, man, I can't imagine her. She's pretty fiery now, you know. Get it back. Okay, I agree, right, yeah, yeah, I like it. Um, really quick.

Speaker 1:

We did our hike. Uh, aaron, I got your ugly mug up on there. Right now I'll tell you what. Uh, you know, we wound up being just over six miles up and down and, uh, it was cool, it was beautiful, man, it was so cool, so we did flowers all the way up top. What was it called? Dog Lake? Yeah, dog Lake, dog Lake, man, a big water trail, and and, uh, and it was just a pretty steady climb all the way up. It was. I mean, I was, I was at the very end. There was that just little stretch where it was steep as can be, but other than that, it was put your head down a motor. Yeah, it was, it was, it was beautiful. Lots of people who were out. Uh, we had our biggest crowd come through to yesterday. Yeah, it was a lot of fun, it was, it was amazing. So we encourage you guys, man, come and join us. You know I know some people have told us it's too early, or this, that or the other, but just again, just be there, cause I promise you you'll be glad you came.

Speaker 1:

These hikes are and, and we're running out of the season, man, it's, it's. We saw um up at the top. We're starting to see a little bit of a color change. So it's, it's all starting. It's interesting to see all the wildflowers just full bloom and then up in the up in the trees, a little bit of changing. I mean, it's gorgeous. Oh, do you know what was cool? Uh, check this out, dude.

Speaker 1:

So on the way up I was with Greg, which, by the way, his new name is Billy, billy goat, billy goat, even though he has a kid named Billy. That dude, I tried like hell to stay up with him. And you know how I am. Wow man, he, he just runs. He didn't even breathe hard. I don't think he even broke a sweat. Yeah, he's. I mean, I'm over here dumping, it's pouring off my bill and I'm just like I passed these ladies and it was so funny I can hardly even say hi to him. And then when I came back down, of course I had my breath and everything. I'm like okay, now I can talk to you.

Speaker 1:

But anyways, when we were headed up at a certain section, I could hear stuff. It was like this and I was like can you hear that? And he's like yeah, I hear that. I'm like, if it's something down there, what's going on? So went up. I didn't hear it again.

Speaker 1:

It was just in this one section where we were on the hike and then coming back down, I could hear it again. Is it a woodpecker? No, it's the acorns. Or though, yeah, it's the pine cones, the pine cones dropping off the trees, which is happening because it's changing. Oh, we're coming in, okay, we're coming into fall, the season change, the season change, dude. And there. That's why, unless there was something up in the tree, I didn't see that was chucking. No, I heard, I heard them dropping as well. Yeah, I know what you're talking about. Yeah, cuz I there was actually. I mean, this is coming down in big evergreen, yeah, yeah, yeah. And they, I mean I sat there for a minute and just watched them and I mean they were dropping like all over, yeah, so I don't know why it was in that one section. I mean maybe there was something up in there chucking, chucking pine cones at. It's probably just cuz it was so, so full of Evergreens and that's, yeah, concentrated area. I don't know, but it was interesting. Yeah, it's cool. See, that's the kind of stuff you get to see if you come on our hikes.

Speaker 1:

Yep, rattlesnakes, rattle, you know what? Also, we saw the cutest little Ozzie doodle. Oh my gosh, he was cute, dude, little fuzzball. Yeah, it must have been more Ozzie than doodle, it was yours is more doodle fends, more right, right, right, I'm gonna put one on Finn's collar, one of the most popular Fends, like that dog. I guarantee you shed. Oh man, it was a little personality to bounce a little hairball. Holy cow. Yeah, he come bouncing up on Finn and fins like what. But Finn did good, I was telling Lissia yesterday, I'm gonna put I have those, those Apple trackers or the Apple, yeah, what are they called?

Speaker 1:

Anyways, the dots kind of ideal. Well, yeah, it's just that round this, that that I Wish I would have put one on. I'm gonna put one on Finn's collar, one because if I ever lost him I could find him. But I wanted to know, I Wanted to know how much further Finn went. Then I did, yeah, track it. That's smart, because, dude, that dog.

Speaker 1:

Well, greg got up ahead of me. You know, I was, I was, he was always within sight. Greg was, but, but he Moldered past me. But Finn kept running up to him and would follow him for a minute. Then he would get nervous and come back and try to find me and I mean he went back and forth and back. It would have been interesting because we went Almost six miles. It was like least five and a half miles, it was. It's over six miles. Three point one up. Oh, wow, yeah, yeah, I forgot my phone so I didn't track it, yeah, but anyways, it would have been really cool to see, just because things to make you go, hmm, hmm, yeah, you know, to see how far that little, that little dude, ran. Yeah, and it's funny because Cody, my neighbor that I brought with me, has a little Gracie that has little teeny legs about that big, so cute, and I mean he brought a backpack full, full of all this stuff and and a Bjorn, so because he thought he was gonna have to carry the dog to carry her out, and she did, she hiked all the way up and all the way back and he went all the way to the lake. So fun little. Well, it won't matter to you guys, but my buddy Kenny that came with us.

Speaker 1:

We discussed how I don't know if you've ever heard of crest trail, I have not you basically can you park your your car down in the parking right and you, you can actually get a shuttle Up to guardsmen's pass. Oh, and they drop you off at guardsmen's pass because there's no parking up there any longer. But you head from there and you head north on the ridge line and it's 26 miles. You basically cross over the ridges, up over Park City, up over the canyons and then you drop down in Mill Creek. Did you say 26 miles? It's so fun it is. I mean, it's, it's a, it's a monster ride.

Speaker 1:

I don't think I could do it, dude. Well, yeah, actually it surprised you, but Cuz, I could, I did it, you did. Yeah, I've done it several times. But this, this trail was the 26 miles. That's like that's more than a day. It ended be ends up being you. You get the shuttle at six. They drop you about 730 at the top and it takes you to tell about one, one or two o'clock to get out. Yeah, but anyways, but what I'm? No, when I'm telling you this, that trail we were, what we were going up, was the back end of the trail when we're finally dropping into Mill Creek. That's how you get out. Ah, so you come right down. So we had been on that entire ride like three or four times and, and it would be fun to do that, do that with a mountain bike. It was. It is so much fun, man, that would be fun, it really is.

Speaker 1:

I don't know about hiking 26 miles. No, I didn't, it was a mountain bike. Oh, so you're talking about my? I'm talking about hell, dude. I'm sitting there. There's no way in hell You're hiking 26 miles by one o'clock. I did, I did, I did six miles at my feet were screaming man, man, dude, I've got this thing. I don't even know what it is, but it just I Don't know. I've got to get some answers to those tight, tender feet. It is, it just feels like I'm Like. Yesterday there was a period where I mean, I slowed down to just a really slow walk because it was just kicking my butt. You know, I don't know what. It is stupid.

Speaker 1:

So, by the way, dude, you sure make my shirts look good. No, man, I asked you because I know, I know he's got all these, you know these clothes, but he's also gotten skinny. Oh well, thank you. Yeah, you have, man, you're doing good, but they fit me. I'm like hey, why don't you go through your closet? I did and I've. I've got probably 15 Oakley shirts. Yeah, dude, it's. You got a bunch of good shirts. I did I mean, I made out like a man might as well give them to you because I ain't wearing. Yeah, heck, yeah. But yeah, this is one of them, and I still have so many shirts in my closet that I could literally wear a different shirt for probably Six months. Oh my gosh, it is that ridiculous.

Speaker 1:

You're spoiled boy. Have you met my wife? Oh, you're spoiled boy. He takes care of you. Yep, I love her YouTube channel.

Speaker 1:

There's a QR code, guys, to our YouTube channel. Please hit it up and subscribe. We're trying to build our subscription on our YouTube channel. Come and support us if you watch our show or if you like us, or even if you don't like us, subscribe to it. Thank you, yep, thank you very much.

Speaker 1:

And Last but least, where is it? There is our website QR code to our website. Guys, check out our website. It's got a lot of really, really cool things on there. We've got our business directory, which you know. Basically, if you need in anybody in any kind of a trade or or For whatever it's worth. I mean it's chiropractors or Whatever. We're at them in there constantly and we, we want you guys to help us build that up by Sending in who, who you know. Yeah, we'd love to support our people and who they know and who they need to support as well. So, yep, absolutely. So there again, that's a QR code.

Speaker 1:

Our website is luxury realty agencycom. Guys, it's also a pretty powerful search portal. So when you're, if you, you know all things real estate, if you're looking at anything I mean believe it or not you can look in Wyoming now in Idaho. But, um, if you're, if you're at all curious of the market, and you know you can hop on there and see anything live, anything available across our Wasatchfront as well. So we're tied directly to the MLS. So, seriously, what we see as agents on the MLS, you can see. Don't, don't zillow, don't Google. I mean, go to our website. You can look at real estate there and nobody else will bug you. Yeah, exactly, except for us, except for us, but it's a good bug, matter of fact, there, wrong one. Sorry, aaron, I was trying to put up our web address. That's all right.

Speaker 1:

You know, and, uh, on that note, with real estate there's a lot of people you know over the last several years, that you know, when the market was kind of just blazing hot and on fire that made purchases and got into homes and really ended up in a place that you know they won the bid finally. So they got a house, but it wasn't the house they want, or a condo, or a town home. If you, uh, if you're in a position where you've made a little climb on your equity and you've got an equity position and you know you want to make a move, talk to us. Um, there's a lot of things that we're we've been able to do. Obviously, negotiating major, major opportunities, good deals on homes, yeah, and, uh, we can help you carry your equity over, negotiate some favorable terms, even bite on your rate, so you've got a really good situation.

Speaker 1:

We're we're expecting just a little bit of an additional rate hike before they start coming down, yeah, cause I mean next year is a uh, an election year. Yeah, we all know the election is kind of one of those precursors to a lot of rate activity and movement, that way to help stimulate the market. And so, um, before that happens I mean when that happens, values again are going to push up. We're going to see a lot of that frenzy happen again. So, if you're thinking about it, get ahead of it. I agree, man, it's. It's like you said.

Speaker 1:

I think, uh, I think a lot of people maybe did get in a situation where they bought something that wasn't perfect because there was so much competition, that are not even perfect, but just, you know, there's things that they, that they are really important to them, that they're missing. So you know, somebody said this to me the other day and I actually really liked it it's like you're not buying the rate, you're buying the house. Right, the rate can change, right, but you can get right now, you can get the house you want, because there's not quite the same competition. Exactly, still competition. I mean they were saying in our meeting yesterday that that our brokerage alone, uh, had had over uh 250 transactions last month, just our brokerage. And you know, when we look up on the MLS, I mean I know that, uh, last month, based on our, our newsletter, uh, it was what? 2000 in some change, we're only 30% under our meaning. You know, 30 out of a hundred transactions less than the peak market level. So we're, I mean, I mean lots of real estate's transacting. Yes, it is, yeah. So don't think that our market stagnant, because it is absolutely not it's. It's interesting it's actually, while this is all going on, people are. You know there's been speculation about some type of a drop and whatnot, and you know what it's not that that pent up demand that's gone on is still pushing prices up. Yeah, like all through all of that's going on, we're at over 7% interest rate right now as a par, and prices are still inching up. Well, let's be honest, aaron, I mean the, the average, the national average, interest rate over time is over 7%. Yeah, we're still well below it. Yeah, so it's. I mean, we just, we all got freaking spoiled, is what it came down to it with those 3%. You know I don't think we're going to see him anytime soon, but no, but we're here, yeah, we're here. Next year, though, we'll be back in the fives, yeah, which perfect. And then you, you, refi and refi, and maybe get some buy downs, and all of a sudden, you've got an interest rate in the fours. Right, so could happen, right, could happen.

Speaker 1:

Our newsletter, guys, our newsletter is on our website and we really, really want to try to get as many people to subscribe to this. It's just, it's once a month we send it out. It's usually a four or five page really well done, you know just talks about what our months been. You know. It shows our mixers with pitchers. It's got a recipe that we throw up, a little message from Aaron and myself. We always put in what the condition of the market is, meaning you know, how many cells are there, what the average cost is or price of a home. And this is all local. This isn't a national. This is local information. It's just it's got a lot of really good stuff on there that we think has some great value. So again, go to our website, luxuryrealtyagencycom, and you can subscribe to our newsletter. We don't hound you, it's just a once a month thing and it's fun information. If you know us, it's fun to kind of see what we're doing and then maybe you even participated and you get to see yourself.
