Have you ever felt the rush of hitting a milestone that seemed light-years away? Well, strap in, because Joe and I are about to give you a front-row seat to our podcasting journey that's taken us from humble beginnings to a place where we're thrilled to share that our little passion project has welcomed listeners from over a dozen countries, including new friends in Russia and Israel. We're pouring out the details on our year-long ride, the learning we've done along the way, and a hearty cheers to our 11th episode and 728 downloads. It's a candid look at the highs and lows, from the initial buzz of launching our show to the grit needed to keep those episodes rolling out, no matter what life throws our way.

Remember those late-night cram sessions before a big test? That's been us, tweaking our podcast formula to perfection—except we're swapping schoolbooks for mics and a whole lot of laughter (and a few bloopers) along the way. We'll pull back the curtain on recording gaffes that had us in stitches and scrapped episodes you'll never hear. But it's not all fun and games; we've got our serious hats on too, tackling hot topics like Trump's ballot blues and the art of clean debate amidst the murky waters of the internet. Join us as we set sail toward the horizon, armed with bigger goals and a hearty stash of lessons learned, ready to bring even more zest to your earbuds.

Speaker 1:

2020 has been a great year for Joe and I. It has been the beginning of our podcast and the beginning of a lifelong adventure together. Join us today as we remember the good year that we have had and look forward to a new year full of new possibilities. Well, actually, too, let's talk. So I forgot how we started the last one, but we did it with them.

Speaker 2:

This happens every time. We ever have anything done because because the wonderful technology.

Speaker 1:

I know I mean it's super awesome.

Speaker 2:

So we recorded it, recorded it before and it was great, it was good, but then it actually didn't record, so now we're taking two. Yeah, so also this is like informal Podcast, that deal thingy, this is not official.

Speaker 1:

We did research and we're really smart. This is like trying to have fun.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, this is, it's just people.

Speaker 1:

This is real, this is going to get like it or not, here we are. For better or for worse, we are here in the church house studios because it's a house owned by a church and it's our studio.

Speaker 1:

That's where Joe lives Water ride, anyways, we ate tacos, we ate tacos, and that made us happier about what just happened. So have you heard the Pash the Pirate song? No, tacos, tacos, anyways. Not a nerd. Well, I'm sorry, I'm not, that's not. I mean, there's some kind of nerd, but not like this kind of nerd, home school nerd yeah, that's homeschool nerd. I wasn't a homeschool nerd, he was homeschooled, though.

Speaker 2:

I was homeschooled, but there is a difference. He's an empty. It's also true, but I'm not weird.

Speaker 1:

Well, to an extent, but I was going to say Not like every little bit weird, maybe not everyone.

Speaker 2:

Most of them, not you, not me, yeah, anyways, I've leveled out in the world. Yeah, that's true.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, so alive, you can believe it, more than I used to be, if you can imagine what I used to be.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I can imagine.

Speaker 1:

Oh, no, like we would not have been friends.

Speaker 2:

No, we probably would have.

Speaker 1:

No, it's not, it's well be, but anyways, that's why we're here is to talk about this past year and what we're looking forward to in the next year. So um started back in March I think it was March anyway.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Um, and since then, we this is going to be our 11th episode when we get out, so that's 10 episodes in 2023. Yeah, so it's pretty good, considering we don't know what we're doing, cause. Yeah, I mean, what can? I who does honestly the only way you find out is by learning how to do it. So that's where we go, but yeah, so we've had 10 episodes 728 downloads.

Speaker 2:

So I liked that from pretty pretty good.

Speaker 1:

Probably a couple dozen countries, maybe at least a dozen, at least it does and if it out, yeah. So, in fact, our last episode about manhood, we had a download from Russia and Israel. That was our first. That was our first download from Israel. Actually, yeah, yeah, sure Okay.

Speaker 2:

If our phones weren't being used right now. We're poor. You can't have it all.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, so Spain and France and Nepal. I'm not sure how we got Nepal, because I don't know how we got any of them, but that's true, Fountain, that's how we did it. But other than that, yeah, it was kind of interesting. You know, our first episode was like yes, 90 downloads. You know, like right away. Yeah, that was like few days, we just watched it climb and then it was like nothing.

Speaker 2:

We released our next thing. Well, true, it was stupid.

Speaker 1:

We totally skipped a month.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, we skipped at least two, I think.

Speaker 1:

I don't remember, but it was. It was, it did not start off well at all. We're like, oh yeah, we're going to do it. And then I mean, it took us three tries to get the first one, b decent, but um yeah, but you know, and then if you go back and watch that one, compared to where we're at now, it's like well, they actually improved. Yeah, you can only see the progression.

Speaker 1:

Unless you, unless you listened to calls it how it seemed to uh the thoughts. Honestly, take that to now. I thought about it when I'm like no, we should use that to remember where we came from.

Speaker 2:

Weird, you know. I know but it has downloads on it and I don't want them to go away.

Speaker 1:

And this is true. You know, take every little piece you can get, any rate. Um, I don't know what I'm saying with that, I don't even know. Have you got something to say?

Speaker 2:

It's been a great year.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it has been a great year. I mean considering you, it's definitely been interesting to say the least, wild ride.

Speaker 2:

We, yeah, we uh, have no idea what we're doing. We still don't.

Speaker 1:

but we're progressing yeah, Slowly surely, and uh you know we're getting there.

Speaker 2:

Um, yeah, I'm excited, though, for this new year. Yeah, great, it's just gonna be a good year. Yeah, got a lot planned.

Speaker 1:

Kind of get your head screwed on right and get things figured out, cause now that we've learned a little bit about what we're doing, we can actually come at it from a fresh when a view, in a sense Um yeah, it's gonna be good, yeah. But even to cover this real quick, cause I you know one of the things I think about when we talk about our past episodes and crazy experiences, all the different random places that we record, you know because, normally we're online like over Riverside and which is like zoom, but uh, then we had some other crazy things during summer.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, you want to explain that. Well, I can't say everything.

Speaker 1:

I mean yeah, anyways moving on. Anyways no.

Speaker 2:

So yeah, like during the summer, we would record in the cabin while there's like what and 2012, guys and they right next to the air conditioning and the front door. So you could hear like air conditioning go off Like yeah, it was awful, yeah, but then uh, you could hear it. Whenever someone went out the door, he was like damn.

Speaker 1:

Oh, we're trying to be like oh, wait Okay.

Speaker 2:

Keep going, yeah, so it was interesting.

Speaker 1:

That was.

Speaker 2:

It was great, it was fun. Everyone else was taking a nap, was it on? I think it was on a Sunday, it was a Saturday, I don't know Somewhere in.

Speaker 1:

There was the weekend.

Speaker 2:

All exhausted and everyone else was taking a nap.

Speaker 1:

I mean, hey, we're just sitting up, cracking up, it was like in the dark.

Speaker 2:

I mean yeah. We were just trying to record. We were like holding our mics and it was hilarious. It was like awful quality.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it was like a tin can Awesome. But anyways, you know, these are the legends. Businesses are built on you know Uh-huh. But um, yeah, so we did that. And then where's another thing that we've done? I can't.

Speaker 2:

You were at your house in your room which basically soundproof and everything.

Speaker 1:

Oh, well, yeah, I mean my, I am set up well. I mean, even just for Christmas got even better, Like a whole standing desk and like the ergonomic mouse and the everything. Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, so you feel?

Speaker 1:

free. And then there's Joe, and he's poor.

Speaker 2:

I said yeah, all right, this is true. Yeah, college would do that to you. Yeah, it's true. It's like I mean, if you guys want to do any scholarship somehow for that, but yeah. No, but I recorded in the cabin.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, that's right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, during that, yeah, and it's rough, mm-hmm, you know, yeah, that's coming out all hours of the day People cleaning and sweeping and mopping and vacuuming and everything else.

Speaker 1:

If you listen to the veterans day ones, you'll hear what life is like, like I tried people, yeah, I do so much yeah. But what was awesome was kind of, I mean, because that was sort of the start, I think of our quality going up for sure, because that episode in that interview really solid.

Speaker 2:

They were solid, yeah, they were good.

Speaker 1:

And right after that. Well, we'll get into the whole Thanksgiving thing later, but we recorded our work ethic episode, problem of work ethic and then everything. We were golden Work ethic.

Speaker 2:

We will crispy. I think we said the last two ones, yeah.

Speaker 1:

So go check those ones out, that's so good. Yeah, but the audio quality was just way better and yeah, I mean it's pretty much better in every way. Yeah, a little reverb, but I mean, I'm still learning, so I think I can doctor it up, especially at this one, a little harder, harder especially.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Now that I didn't have experience, but anyways, yeah, so it's been a growing experience. We always talk about how it's like, by the time we finally do have a real studio, we'll be really good at bootstrapping this thing, because we're like what time? Like midnight? Ok, great, not actually, but you know. And then it's like, oh, my mic's not working. It's like, well, try this other thing and go.

Speaker 2:

Anyways, there's always something that's wrong, Like oh, it never stops. Like you, like turn everything on and just record.

Speaker 1:

Yeah.

Speaker 2:

Like, come on, I mean get out of here.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, we try. Yeah, so it's been a big. Yeah, yeah, it's been a big.

Speaker 2:

Originally, though, it started off with like a joke yeah. We'll have our own podcast Like stupid nonsense. And then we're like, hey, when I have a podcast, I'm like, sure, why not? I mean, we're dumb enough, why not?

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's downhill from there.

Speaker 2:

And there we are. Yeah, I mean, I've always wanted to do something like this, whether it's like a YouTube channel or something random, but never got around to it until this guy over here. So, hey, it's two podcasts. I'm like I can do that. Yeah, I got you. I mean he's good.

Speaker 1:

He actually bought the stuff and figured out how to use it.

Speaker 2:

So that was nice you know round of applause for me. Anyways yeah it's all good. It's a growing experience.

Speaker 1:

What's it going to? I mean, I don't know, what is some stuff that we learned over the past year? I mean, there's a lot of stuff. Yeah, a lot of areas, obviously.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean, it's been obviously a difficult year in a sense, because you know all this stuff is new and we have no idea what we're doing. You know gotta do your research and you gotta do all this other stuff. It's like whoops, yeah. But then you know, you put in all this work and then you see, like he was mentioning like the first few episodes, we got a pretty decent amount of number, yeah, yeah, difficult, and so you know you see that. And then you post another one and you only get like 20, 30, like oh, and just like hmm.

Speaker 1:

But the quality is getting better. Which? Is weird, because it's like the views go down, but down, let's go down, but the quality is going up. So I think what's happening is there's a like a base point where we'll find tribe sort of, and build from there, which I think we're at Right, I think we're at.

Speaker 2:

So for those of you listening, we really appreciate you.

Speaker 1:

We do. We're home, stick around.

Speaker 2:

No, no, no. I mean you know, I actually we're listening to podcasts and stuff like that. It's not for everyone, and so I won't blame you if you don't want us to do it. Yeah, you know, but but Do your thing. But we would like you to, if you yeah.

Speaker 1:

We'll get into. Oh, I'll get more later. But if podcasts, audio isn't your thing, maybe YouTube's your thing. So guess what's happening in, hopefully January of next year, full video podcast coming to you. That's right, yes, so you know, we'll announce that on the show, on the podcast, obviously in the audio format. Then we'll let you know on Facebook and Instagram and whatever else we're on. We'll follow us there and stay tuned and we'll let you know when it comes out. It'll be awesome if that's more your thing. Yeah, um, yeah.

Speaker 1:

And as far as just things, learning, growing spiritually, obviously, growing in discipline, yeah, that's been something that I've had to work on a lot, just be able to be consistently getting stuff out, because it's hard, especially when you don't know what you're doing. You're like, well, I have to do this, but it's going to take me two hours to edit 30 minutes worth of audio, you know. But you know, you learn and you buckle down and you do it, and I'm not always the best at it and best at buckling down, but I'm trying and I'm learning and learning how to coordinate everybody Is that hard Because we all have different schedules between work and school and then, just like life in general, it's pretty hard. I don't know how we do it, but we did so there we are.

Speaker 1:

But uh, yeah, and then even just probably my favorite part of recordings episodes, all the funny stuff or the dumb stuff you know, like we have four episodes right now that have not put out, we are yeah. We are now, but yeah, but anyways. Our first one was supposed to be right after our what is truth episode and it was going to be what is normal, and I think the idea was about, like, how do you define normal, what's supposed to be? I don't even know his way over our heads anyway, but we had both been.

Speaker 1:

It was late at night and Joe especially had been working a lot. I think I might have just gotten off work. You probably did.

Speaker 2:

I was going into work or something.

Speaker 1:

He was totally delirious, though, and so he's rambling on and then he starts talking about, you know, those riots back back a few months ago and it's 2023 people, and it was like, dude, if you're talking about the COVID riots, that's like three years ago and he's like oh, they were, I thought that was like yesterday.

Speaker 2:

I know I'm like okay, well whatever.

Speaker 1:

Anyway, so, and I'm like you know what, I'm sure I said another jump, I'm sure we, so that we scrapped that.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So then, so that was our first episode we scrapped no big deal, right? Well, then Thanksgiving, him and another buddy came down to work on the podcast and some other stuff we have in the works and we were like all right, we're going to, it's Thanksgiving, so we're going to do Thanksgiving special, and then we're going to get ahead of the game and do a Christmas special and then, like our, go ahead and do our January episode like we're doing right now. Yeah, I mean, it was. I mean I don't know if not necessarily the head of time thing, but the but it was, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

I did work so anyways, we're trying to talk about like, and we're talking about the pilgrims and Joe's like, yeah, so the pilgrims got there and then they met this Indian named squinto and and and he helped them like learn how to plant corn and stuff. And I'm like Joe Quinto is like yeah, squinto. I'm like think you mean squanto. He's like why do I get swear it's window? I'm like no, dude, it's a book right here at school. So it's like okay, whatever.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, so then we keep, we finally make it through the pilgrims, we survived. Oh, and there was also like a some horror story about a dude non on somebody. It was an interesting episode, but we made it through. And then the Christmas one wasn't bad, but the quality just by the time. So what happened was I was going to release the Christmas one right after the work ethic one, but we had put our bar so high after the work ethic one it's like I can't post this anymore because it sounds like you know the Colosseum to the Colosseum episode compared to this. So anyways, if you want to know how bad we were, go check that one out, or don't explain to you, I'll save your ears Come.

Speaker 2:

But so anyways, just me rambling about something you were giving a Joe version history lesson of.

Speaker 1:

It was sad.

Speaker 2:

Catholics.

Speaker 1:

It was hard.

Speaker 2:

I'm sorry, yes.

Speaker 1:

That's all I have to say. But anyways, learning experiences, anyways, moving on. So then we scrapped that one, and then we're like oh, you know what, we have this stuff and it's supposed to be coming out like tomorrow, but obviously that happened, and so we had to scrap that too.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

So that was squint, oh. And then another thing yeah, yeah, I forgot the other parts. Um, turn to Thanksgiving episode. Thanksgiving episode was a Obviously hey, I had fun, he did. He's also turned the same color as a shirt. We're going to say I did that and then you're right. So then we get past squint, oh, and we get past the leg nine from whatever other gnarly yes we came up with.

Speaker 1:

And we get to Abraham Lincoln, because Abraham Lincoln is the guy who, um, he's the guy who instated he's killer, which is so, anyways, cool. He's the guy who instated Thanksgiving, right Because of the national holiday, and goes like, yeah, so then this lady, betsy Ross, convinces Abraham Lincoln to make Thanksgiving a national holiday. And I'm like Joe, that wasn't Betsy Ross. He's like, I'm pretty sure it is. I'm like Betsy Ross was like you know, the whole 13 stars in the circle, like George Washington, you know, and he's like I can swear it's Betsy Ross. I'm like it's Betsy Ross. Anyways, we finally figured out who it was and I can't even remember her name. So that shows you how good we are at this. But anyways, yeah, the moral of the story is squinto and Betsy Ross are important for Thanksgiving. Don't die on me. I don't know why this is so funny, because I can just tell it.

Speaker 2:

Well, for one, I'm tired.

Speaker 1:

We're just here and we just say so, you're happy. I don't know, do I have any funny stories about me? I just like smooth things over. That's my job, it's pretty good, yeah Right.

Speaker 2:

I mean, I don't know, I'm sure there was some stuff.

Speaker 1:

Welcome to the young American. That's what it is. It used to be our intro we're still working on. We got to figure that out, the intro thing. But huh, yeah, it used to be me. It was, you know, my high voice going welcome to the young American podcast. And, you know, when you're listening to the audio it's like welcome to the young American podcast. It was like whoa, what a 12 year old is doing this. And then I switched it. We were just messing around at the end of a recording one day and she was like welcome.

Speaker 1:

You know I'm like hold it, let's use that and so then I put them in two or three of them and I was like, all right, we got a good dad's lens. I settled on the like the whole. How do I like? Summary introductory thing I'm a Bob.

Speaker 2:

It was basically like an introduction, was like being music.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and you know, I think he's working pretty well. Yeah, I like it. It's definitely better than what we were at. It's way better. So yeah, I mean, I'm sure it'll morph and changes. We keep going Right. For now it works.

Speaker 2:

But harder than you think.

Speaker 1:

people yeah it is always takes more. Normally I record those intros at like 1030 at night, after I've been working on it for all day. I don't know, let's just write a paragraph and call it a day. It'll be fine, whatever. Anyways, so that's our year.

Speaker 2:

Experience Is there anything we need to.

Speaker 1:

I don't know.

Speaker 2:

Well, we have been posting reels and stories of like that on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and all that jazz. And I posted one about, you know, Trump being taken off the ballots, so it's like that and it was fun to watch. You know, the comment sections blow up because everyone is like, oh man, Trump did this, Trump did that. I'm like dude. People, come on, get your act together. Go actually listen to what the dude said and then come back and argue with me. And he was trying to say, oh man, he told the guy, or he told the people to go down to the Capitol and go right, I'm like dude. The guy said we will walk down to the Capitol and then we will cheer on the senators. It's like dude. There's nothing about writing at all and you know they blew everything out of abortion, yeah, and so it's like whoa, my soul people. Joe likes comment. Worse, I love it. Hey, Too much, thoroughly enjoyed it. You know I got called like stupid and retarded like you.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, like IQ under 60, my seriously.

Speaker 1:

But go do some research for free and salt me, which I didn't really care, it's just funny Well, it's funny is like unsmart people watch the whole thing and you came up with your stupid and low IQ.

Speaker 2:

Anyway, so.

Speaker 1:

I like the last like, like mine was like. So I and literally I went back and watch the clip and I was like I don't say a thing and build the last like two seconds and I say, well, something about how, if the government gives you money, then they can control you. Essentially, that's all I said at the very end of the clip and the one thing the dude finds is like me, things like Anyways, it basically insults.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it was how late, it was really funny.

Speaker 1:

What that's the best you could do.

Speaker 2:

If you're gonna stoop that low, at least let it be entertaining like come on, I thought it was funny so yeah, I mean anyways.

Speaker 1:

So yeah, I Mean. To me it's like if you want to, if you want to like, Say I disagree with you and here's why and have some like facts or something, then it's like alright, fair enough, we can have that argument. I was like you're stupid and look funny.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, it's like, why is no word?

Speaker 1:

That's what I do anyway.

Speaker 2:

I don't care if you bring like actual Evidence or support. I'm like, okay, I'll listen to you and then I'll prove you wrong because you're.

Speaker 1:

It's me. It's like there's obviously always two sides, because people disagree about things all the time, right, and there's gonna be an argument and so. But you know, rational people can sit down and have an argument, right, and you have your facts and I'll have my facts and we'll hash it out. And that's kind of what maybe we'll agree to disagree, trying to.

Speaker 2:

Start is like okay, quick, like Stooping down low and killing people names. Like okay, fine, sure, I'm an idiot. Fine, okay, yeah, sure, thanks, appreciate it.

Speaker 1:

But yeah, what does that do?

Speaker 2:

for anybody, go actually do some research and figure stuff out, and then all Because I'd reply to some of the comments and like, dude, go just look this up, good Mm-hmm. Just it's like I'm trying to help you people. Everyone's accepting what the news puts out there and like, oh, let's think a little bit and we'll all get together. Yeah, and it'll be fine, but nonetheless moving on yes oh.

Speaker 1:

Comment. More is your great. Well for Joe. Anyway, you know what we should be drinking right now. You have a sure coffee, that's right. You should be drinking it too. Good for the soul, it's a body. I don't know. It's great for your body, but it is actually, is it?

Speaker 2:

well, yeah, it is. I think it's good for your liver, like funs is your liver, and I think that's probably true.

Speaker 1:

You have to drink three cups a day, but it's things that might not be healthy, but anyways it is. I'm more Joe's Joe that way. Okay, so, moving on from last year To next to next 2024, new things coming up. Goal for me anyway is to put out for podcast episodes and what's, which means recording every week, exactly, hey, or Maybe twice a month, I don't know. We have to work, we'll work that part out, but one way or the other.

Speaker 1:

Four episodes per week, which means for video podcasts, for audio podcasts, and Then I would like to post a reel of some a reel or short, depending on your platform every single, like Monday through Friday, every single week. So that would be my goal. And of course, I want to put out a lot, of, a lot of other content too. It's just regular posts and stories and whatever, but you know that'll be something that I'll have to see how to work into the schedule. So, but that would be my goal is to really ramp up on the YouTube and Rumble side of things with the video and then start just posting more, because I think that's gonna help growth and awareness of nothing else. And Then what I would really, really like you is have an interview once a month.

Speaker 2:

That would be yeah, really nice, enjoy that. Yeah, I think no one else would do. Yeah, get a break from Just us.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, and you know, I think it'd be cool to kind of show people that we look up to in our lives and then Other people who are age, who are either doing similar things or, you know, have the same passion that we have. I think that would be cool too. That variety Mm-hmm. Can't tease anybody specific yet because it's not usually scheduled, but when it is scheduled we'll let you know. I'll also let you know when the full video podcast comes out as well.

Speaker 2:

That's right, that is gonna be.

Speaker 1:

Huge it's gonna be awesome. Hmm. So those hopes and dreams for the coming year, that's mine. I Don't know, do you have any? I?

Speaker 2:

mean.

Speaker 1:

Survive.

Speaker 2:

School, get through everything.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, it's you sense, yeah, hopefully within the next couple of Months anyway, we'll have new, totally new content you share with you.

Speaker 2:

Mm-hmm.

Speaker 1:

That's not just young America stuff. Hopefully, hopefully. We're still because the theory that's that we actually have a meeting about that later today, hopefully, so we'll see how that goes, but we'll let you know. That's why you should listen to the podcast and follow us on Facebook and stuff, so that you can find out and find out more. You know, what we should be doing is Just like Almost behind the scenes sort of things. Even just as a short, you'd be like, hey, you know, we've been thinking about doing this, goodbye, or something.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I don't know. There's some crazy things going around all the time. Um, it's yeah. Yeah, do we have any sappy? Some things like you wrote down here I don't know Um, I guess we love you.

Speaker 2:

What You're going to snow?

Speaker 1:

I don't know. Clown on moving forward.

Speaker 2:

Pretty much. It's been a good year. It's here, hopefully get a lot more followers With your help. I've read the word. I think that's pretty much got it.

Speaker 1:

Let's talk about right before we talk about the ultimate goal. Talk about the ultimate goal with the podcast. What would you say the ultimate goal would be?

Speaker 2:

I guess the ultimate goal is like we talked about when we first started, because obviously you know, see people getting saved, and but I guess another goal is to see revival, some boomerang, that and see revival. You know, even on a first-long, you know, local level even, which we talked about, we recorded at least the other things that we're trying to do. We recorded, you know, talking about revival and all those things that we recorded were solid, they were on point and cannot wait until, you know, we get those out because people need to hear them. It is like it's golden.

Speaker 2:

I cannot explain how important it is, yeah, but you know, we just need to see people getting back together and you know, yeah, turning our country around and you know, letting God work and seeing him work.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, because we don't just want to see the politics change, because I mean that would be great that would be great.

Speaker 1:

But if there isn't a heart change in the country and it's returned to God, then it doesn't matter who's the president.

Speaker 1:

People are still a mess. And then I would say, on top of that, you know, the national revival is seeing the revival of other people our age, because that's our passion, that's why it's Young America is because we want to see other young Americans be revived and start doing what's right and have an impact on the culture, and because we are the next politicians and business owners. You know Joe Biden and Donald Trump and Warren Buffett and all the other famous people you hear about. They are not going to be here forever. We're going to be the next ones, and so it's important for us now to you know, like our manhood, learn how to be men, learn how to work hard, learn how to you know, find truth, learn how to you know things from God's Word and apply it to every era of our lives, whether it's physically or spiritually or politically. That's the goal is to see other young people like us wake up and rise up and build the country that we need.

Speaker 1:

Yeah so that's, that's our goal. We hope to continue acting on that in the coming year.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I mean I'm looking forward to the new stuff that we're going to be making. It's going to be, I think it's going to be really, really solid. Yeah, you know, our last two have been, I think we think.

Speaker 1:

Anyways, they've been pretty, pretty good, so if we can keep you know, keep, yeah, open our game every time, and I think it'll be just improving, yeah.

Speaker 2:

It'll be really, really good. It's how it's going to work. Looking forward to it, Sure, and you know, it's just like a new start and it's like, okay, let's get our head screwed on Get this thing done.

Speaker 1:

You can look it back at you know the mistakes we've made in the last year and be like all right, how can we change?

Speaker 2:

this change the strategy and yeah, and you know, obviously we wish we would have known all the stuff we know now when we started but can't change, yeah Right. If we, if we didn't, you know, start when we did, we probably wouldn't be where we are now. So I mean you just got to start somewhere. I mean that's true with anything. You just got to start at it and then keep going. You learn from there, you know, right, yeah.

Speaker 1:

Because I mean, if we'd waited we'd still not know what we know, because we didn't do it Right. So you know it's one of those things where you can read all the books and watch all the content you want. It's not going to work if you're not doing it. Anyway, it's a random little thing. Pray for us, we'll pray for you. Have a good 2024. Merry Christmas, happy New Year, happy birthday, I don't know, do me. Anyway, we'll see you in about a week, hopefully.
