Ever wonder how the 1789 Joint Resolution of Congress, proposing 12 amendments to the U.S. Constitution, holds relevance in the perplexing political landscape of today? Join me, Steve Mann, as we dust off this monumental document, and dissect its content to understand how it frames the balance of power, responsibilities of our politicians, and emphasizes the importance of our right to peaceful protest and free speech.

In today's charged political environment, it's essential to comprehend the implications of social media censorship and the protections our Constitution and the Bill of Rights guarantee us. As we navigate through this dynamic discourse, we will shed light on our inviolable rights and the unsettling possibility of them being eroded. Let's raise a collective voice to ensure that these rights, central to our identity as Americans, are upheld and respected, even in the face of adversity.

Finally, we shift our focus to the human virtues of patience, kindness, and gratitude that make our world a better place. I share pieces of my journey as a creator and extend my deepest thanks to those who support me. As we ponder over the direction our world is taking, we emphasize the role we play in safeguarding our children's future. This episode serves as a reminder of the power of unity, compassion, and the audacity to challenge the status quo. So, are you ready to embark on this captivating journey into the heart of our rights as citizens?

Speaker 1:

So it's crazy times that we're living in, isn't it folks? Yeah, it sure is. We've got stuff going down in Maui. We have ESG, we have Central Bank, digital Currency in Verizon, we got COVID coming up. We just have this world.

Speaker 1:

This country is just a mess right now. But tonight I am going to read the transcription of the 1789 Joint Resolution of Congress proposing 12 amendments to the US Constitution, because I think that we've lost touch on who has the power and who doesn't, who is truthful and who is corrupt. All the politicians in the United States, across the United States, work for the people, and right now I feel that they're not working for our interests. They're working for their self-interest and special interests. People are paying them off to vote a certain way and it's not in our best interest. We're getting taxed out of the yin yang. We have inflation that is not stopping anytime soon. We've been in a recession for the last year. I don't care what the experts say, I know we have, and it's bullshit that we are being lied to all the time, all the time. It's like the children are too young to understand so we can't tell them. Well, I think we can handle that truth. I think we, as a people who vote.

Speaker 1:

These jokers in need to know everything that's going on besides national security. Okay, there are some things that we don't need to know and there's some things that they don't want us to know when it comes to our national security. They just can't go out and say, hey, we're going to do this tomorrow, just so y'all know. No, that can't happen. But with the COVID lockdowns that occurred in 2019, 2020, 2021, all the masking, that's an overreach. Those mandates were not law and I'll tell you this we're not going to comply this next go around. We're not, I'm not. I suggest you don't comply either. If you want to be free, don't comply. Okay. So I'm going to read this. It is the transcription of 1789 joint resolution of Congress proposing 12 amendments to the United States.

Speaker 1:

Congress of the United States began and held at the city of New York on Wednesday, the 4th of March 1789. The conventions of a number of the states having, at that time of their adopting the Constitution, express the desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers or abuse of its powers I said that twice for a reason that further Declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added and, as extended, the ground of public confidence in the government Will be, will best ensure the benefit ends of its institution, resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled two thirds of both houses, concurring that the following articles be proposed to the legislative legislatures of the several states as amendments to the constitutional of the Constitution of the United States, all or any or all or any of which articles, when ratified these three fourths of the said legislatures, to be valid to all intents and purposes as part of the said Constitution. Articles, in addition to an amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America proposed by Congress and ratified by the legislatures of the several states, pursuant of the fifth article of the original Constitution, article the first, after the first Anubaration required by the first article of the Constitution, there shall be one representative for every 30,000 until the numbers. Until the number shall Amount to 100, after which the appropriation shall be, the Regulated shall be so regulated by Congress that there shall not be less than 100 representatives, nor less than one representative for every 40,000 persons, until the number of representatives shall amount to 200, after which the appropriation shall be regulated by Congress, that there shall be less than 200 representatives, no more than one representative for every 50,000 persons. Article the second no law varying the compensation for various services of the senators and representatives shall take effect Until an elective election of the representatives shall have intervened.

Speaker 1:

Article the third Congress shall make no laws respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting the free exercise thereof, or a great bridging of the freedom, like I said, that wrong the freedom of speech or of the press, or the right of the people peacefully to assemble, and the freedom of speech or the press or the right of the people to peacefully assemble. And to the petition the government for a readiness of grievances so we can assemble, just I want to. I want to touch on that because that's a very, that is very important today because of all the excuse me, excuse me with all the censorship that we've been seeing on this big tech and the big brother and big, big government collusion with censoring People trying to get their point of view out or share some True information. So we have a right to petition the government To our grievances. We can peacefully protest Anything that the government Does that we disagree with. That is our right Per the Constitution.

Speaker 1:

Article the fourth A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms Shall not be infringed. You know what that's all about. You know put that there. Article of the fifth no soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Speaker 1:

Article the sixth the right of the people to be secure In their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonably Reasonable searches and seizures shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause Supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be to be searched and the persons or things to be seized. Okay, so this is violated over and over. When you're pulled over and they and the police officers want to search your car, you don't have to let them search it. They don't have a warrant. Until they obtain that warrant, then they can. You know they can't search unless they have a warrant. So, and in your house, anything on your persons, so you know, when they pull you over, have you get out of the car, search you? That's, that's an illegal search. The Pat down, that's illegal. They've been violating that for for many years. So just just saying.

Speaker 1:

Article the seventh no person shall be held to answer for capital or otherwise Infamous crimes unless on the President or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases Horizon in the land or naval forces or in the in the militia when an actual service in time of war or public danger. Nor shall any person be subject to the same offense To be twice put in jeopardy Double jeopardy. There you go, folks Of life or limb. Nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of the law. Nor shall private property be taken for public use without just Justification. Nor shall private property be taken for public use without just justification, I mean without just compensation.

Speaker 1:

So what do you think about Maui after just reading that? Yeah, yeah, if they wanted that land, they could have gave them people fair market value or the choice to sell or not. I think that was. I think that is just a crying shame. What happened over there in and well, hina and Maui? I feel for them people and I think about them every day and I try to share as much information on Facebook or Twitter or X, as much as I can to try to help those people. The Wayne Dreyer, wil Kane GoFundMe page I shared that. I did a special on that the weekend of just. They had a $2 million goal to help those people. They reached their goal. They actually surpassed their goal and are now distributing funds to help those families in need. Just an update on that. I'm not sharing the rock or Oprah's details. I'm not being involved in that because that's not just Okay. That's just a couple of millionaire and billionaire just trying to get out of donating some money. I'm sure their property is safe and sound on the island. Okay, back to it.

Speaker 1:

Article the eighth in all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial by an impartial jewelry of the United States and district where in the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation. To be confronted with the witness against him, to have compulsory to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense. Article the ninth in suits at common law where the value and controversy shall extend $20, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved and no fact tried by a jury shall be otherwise re-examined in any court of the United States than according to the laws. I mean the rules of the common law. Article the tenth excessive bail shall not be required, nor extensive excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted. Article the eleventh the enumeration in the constitution of right I'm sorry, constitution of certain rights shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people. The article the twelfth the powers shall not be delegated to the United States by the. Powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to its states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people, sorry there. Amendment 11 passed by Congress March 4 1794, ratified February 7 1795. Article three, section two of the Constitution was modified by amendment 11 the judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity commerce, or prosecuted against one of the United States by citizens, by citizens of another state or by citizens or subjects of any foreign state. So I want to get into. So those are the amendments of 1789, the joint resolution of Congress proposing 12 amendments.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so, folks, we have certain inalienable rights. Right, we have voices. Why is it? And we were back by law. We can. We can bring our grievances to the our government in protest that we did disagree with certain aspects of what's going on in today's society.

Speaker 1:

Okay, it seems like when the, when the left gets into power, we get all this stuff shoved down our throats that we don't want and if we speak up, we're silenced. So, every day that they do this, whether it's on Facebook, twitter, if YouTube, if they do, if they censor us, that's against our whether it's their, their product or not our voices, our voice. If there's a problem with people speaking their mind and having a right to be uncensored to a point, then those companies need to take the. Shut those sites down, shut Facebook down, shut Twitter down or X shut YouTube down. Because if you, we can't avoid our opinion and we're censored and our rights are violated. Why do we need social media If they're going to censor us? Why do we need it? We don't need it. We. We lived without it before 2007. And we have my space. Okay, it was all right. I think it was still around today.

Speaker 1:

I wouldn't be on it. And I can flush Facebook right now. I can flush X right now. I can flush YouTube. I could just do this all day on rumble, or every week. I could just post it on every week on rumble. I don't care. It's an outlet. It's really not social media. I mean it is, but it ain't. You can comment. You can, yeah, you can. You can comment on rumble. You really can't communicate one on one, but you can communicate with the people that post their videos on there. Tell us how you feel. We are in dire times, my friends. I've never seen anything like this before, have you? No, I haven't.

Speaker 1:

I didn't think we would get to this point ever in my lifetime, to where the government is trying to be a totalitarian. This is a free society, we, the people, and we need to stand up. We need our voices heard. We need to come together and say enough, enough. We're not saying formal militia or anything like that. I'm just saying we need to assemble. We need an assembly to tell our representatives on how we feel and what direction do we want to go in.

Speaker 1:

We got the bullshit in Ukraine. We got the COVID to China, the sequel trying to come back. We have transgenderism being forced upon our children without our consent. As a parent, we have that right, I think, if they're at a young age. They should not. They don't have enough information to make that choice.

Speaker 1:

I digress on that. We have an open border people flooding in, not vetted, which is a national security risk, in my opinion. I have relatives that are from other countries I'm not going to mention them and I love them dearly and they come over the right way. This flooding of fentanyl, child trafficking and of illegal aliens that are southern borders and now in our northern borders because they're coming from Canada too, whether you people know it or not, do your research. We have that. I mean, we have a whole slew of problems right now. I've been seeing different videos that this is common or that's common, or you know this or that, I don't know.

Speaker 1:

I'm just living one day at a time. If something sparks off, it sparks off, but I'm going to be prepared, and I, because these are the most dangerous times of our lives as of right now, and it's scary. Like I said last week, I am. I am scared for my children, I'm scared for my grandchildren on what might come Of all this. I'm not eating bugs, I'm not going to drive electric car, I'm going to meet and I'm going to drive a car that takes gasoline or diesel. I'm just saying Our infrastructure does not, is not sustainable for that. The world economic form and this one world order stuff we ain't having it centralized. Digital currency no, because they're going to track every move. Vote no for it, don't use it, do not comply. It's not in your best interest. You will be tracked. You would be limited. Say no, and I suggest you read up on your Bible, because if you get anything in your right hand or your forehead, that's the mark of the beast Revelations. Check it out.

Speaker 1:

I haven't been to church In many years. That's because I believe in something deeper. I believe that God and Jesus Christ is all around us. They're behind the wall, they're in the closet, they're in the tree. Everywhere you turn, you can find God or Jesus. You don't have to be in a church to do it.

Speaker 1:

I pray. I pray for this country, I pray for my children, I pray for my grandchildren, I pray for my wife, I pray for myself, I pray for good health. I don't pray for money. I pray for health, strength and patience, and with this world that we live in right now, I'm running out of patience. I want it back to where we had it 10. 20. 20 years ago, I take four years ago, right now, right now. If I woke up tomorrow and it was still 2017, I'd be happy. So we are living in the most unusual political times of my lifetime.

Speaker 1:

I'm a gin. I'm a gin X guy. I'm a gin X kid whatever you want to say. Drink from the water hose. Stayed out till dark, till all the street lights came on. You didn't know where. If you wanted to know where somebody was, just look for their bike in somebody else's front yard. And if your mom's was friends with your friend, well, they had the phone number and all they had to do was just dial a phone number and find where you were at.

Speaker 1:

So, but, ladies and gentlemen, we need to clean this up. This ain't just the right thing. This ain't just the left thing. This ain't a white thing. This ain't a black thing. This ain't a brown thing. It ain't an orange thing. It ain't a yellow thing. It ain't a green thing, it's.

Speaker 1:

We're all in this, okay. We need to be kinder and help one another. Since we're involved in this together, we need to come closer with our neighbor that we disagree with. You can disagree. You can have a conversation on what makes your. What makes you guys different. We all don't have to toe the same line we have. We are individuals. We have our own minds. We can agree to disagree and yet still be friends. We don't need to be hating on one another. We need to love one another. If somebody needs a hand, give them a hand not a handout, but a handout. There's people out there hurting and for some of us that can help. We need to help.

Speaker 1:

I'm not saying go to go fund me and donate $5 to you know any cause or anything like that. What I'm saying is be kind to somebody on the street. Have patience. Have patience with the people working in the retail stores. They don't make the policies, they're just following policy. So if they're not willing to give you a refund or this or that, you need to have patience and understand that they don't make the rules. Be kind.

Speaker 1:

Somebody at a fast food restaurant messes up your order. It was a mistake, it wasn't done on purpose. Be kind. They'll gladly make you a new one. But going on there, oh, you messed up my order. I demand to see the manager. That ain't going to get you nowhere, pal. Then I got to get you nowhere.

Speaker 1:

This world has lacked kindness. We've gotten into greed. We've gotten into entitlement and titleism, meaning you think you're entitled to cut in line or cut me off on the highway so you can get to your exit. If you would have just waited for me to pass and then moved over, but no, you had to speed up and cut me off right before you got off the exit. We don't need that Slow down. What's the rush? You're going to get there, and the more you drive your radic out there, the more chances you're going to have to get into an accident and hurt somebody or hurt yourself. Slow down, slow down.

Speaker 1:

So I was talking about the World Economic Forum last week and I just want to want to say that clock Schwab has nothing. He should have no say in what we do in the United States, nor our allies. I think that he needs to be arrested for crimes against humanity, because the intention to kill people, to lessen the population, is crimes against humanity and crimes against mankind. We need to love one another. We need to get these guys off. We need to arrest some of these people that are trying to change the world With green scams, going green scams, pandemic scares and scams. You know, shooting people with this Missing with our kids, that all that all stands from the world economic forum. World economic forum, w H, o are all embedded. The CDC, all of it, all trying to come out with this new world order. The CDC, everything has to be done by 2030. You think? A little scenario.

Speaker 1:

Let's pretend Donald Trump isn't running for president, because I think right now he is running the highest in all the polls. I think I was over right now. It was, I think, nikki Haley and then Donald Trump, but I think he passed her up after the Speech that he gave. I think it was yesterday. So let's pretend Donald Trump's not running. Let's pretend that Joe Biden steps down, kamala Harris is our vice president, then In 2024, she becomes our president. So it's just the more they're going to, the more they run down the United States, the way they're in the, in the direction that they're heading, the more chance that we are to have to have A new world order by 2030. 2024 plus another four years, it's 2028. Put another Democrat in In 2028. Right, and here comes 2030.

Speaker 1:

Where we have 15 minute cities, we have. This is the future, folks. I'm telling you, I'm giving you, I'm painting a picture. We're living in 15 minute cities. We're driving electric cars. We have brownouts every now and then because we don't. Our infrastructure is so poor that they cannot keep up with the demand of charging cars. Our food supply is depleted Because they want us to eat bugs. We're not eating real beef anymore, we're we're eating Laboratory grown meat. We have ESG scores. We have central bank digital currency. You J walk, you get shunned for it. Plus, they find you and deduct that from yours Central bank digital currency card.

Speaker 1:

Okay, not the world I want to live in, do you? I want to be able to Go and pay cash wherever I want, whether it's a yard sale, buying a soda, eating dinner, whatever, going to the grocery store, paying cash. I don't want to live in that world that I just described. I don't want to eat bugs. I think I just said that I don't. I don't want to get a chip in my hand to help me pay for things.

Speaker 1:

I want to live in my 2030. I want to live in my house that I have now. I want to be able to see my grandkids use my debit card or pay cash, whatever I need to do, and I want to be able to drive the car of my choice, whether it be a combustible engine or an electric car. I'm not. I don't want electric cars. We have bad winners sometimes.

Speaker 1:

Here I want to make sure my car is going to start and run and go for the distance that I needed to go. I'm not going to get let it get cold and then have a battery go dead within 50 miles of my house. Ain't happening, sorry, folks. So just think about what you voting for. The same, this ain't a Democrat thing. This ain't a Republican thing. This ain't a black thing. This ain't a white thing. This ain't an Asian thing. This ain't a Mexican thing. This is an American thing. Think about that. Okay, everybody in this country is American, whether you're a Democrat, independent, liberal, libertarian, conservative, whatever. We're all Americans, we're all humans, nobody's above the other.

Speaker 1:
