In this episode of the Pregnancy & Postnatal Entrepreneurs Collective Podcast our host, Niamh Cassidy, IBCLC, chats with Rebecca Reddin about the impact of vicarious trauma on birth & postpartum workers, how to prevent it and how to treat it. 

Rebecca is a PSI and IACP accredited Counselling Psychologist and Certified Perinatal Specialist and has in-depth training on the transition to parenthood; including infertility, pregnancy, loss, birth trauma, the postnatal period and parenting. Rebecca is the Founder of Mindful Roots Counselling and provides online counselling support to women, parents and couples within the journey to motherhood. Rebecca is currently building and launching a training program around perinatal mental health so stay tuned! Originally from the US (just outside of Seattle) Rebecca moved to Kinsale, Co. Cork in 2021 with her family where she enjoys spending time with her chickens and walking along the beach.
