This is Nicole. James and Nicole. We've been working on this for a long. Yes, we have a very long time. So excited to finally be here. I am so excited to finally be at this point too. Just a quick intro. Nicole and I have both been working in the Western industry for many, many years and we have created some amazing relationships along the way with some Western business owner. Powerhouses. And so we really wanna bring those interviews to you so you can know the best and easiest path to success for your own businesses. But that is for another episode because before we get into any of that, we wanna focus on our amazing 30, over 30. So this was an idea that I called Nicole with and I said, Hey, I see a lot of people are getting recognized in different organizations all across the business spectrum. in many different niches, and I just felt like there wasn't really something that was honoring women that have been in the industry for longer. you know, a little bit older and I felt like that was something that we could do because a lot of our followers are business owners. They're, over 30 and they have gone through a lot and have accomplished a lot. So I called you and what did you think? Yes, we are doing this. We need to honor us. I mean, Hello. I've been in my thirties for a while too. It's time to honor all of us oldies who've been in the western world. Yeah, so I think it's great. I'm so excited you were on board. So what we did was we took nominations for this. We went out into the public and we were extremely overwhelmed with the response, like, I don't think either of us were expecting to get such a huge response and a love for the idea. So that was really cool. it was awesome. I couldn't believe it. At first. I was nervous and thought, oh God, nobody's gonna even, you know, wanna do this. And then, it was like overnight we saw so many nominations. It was a happy moment for us. Such a happy moment.
