It's Men's Health Month!

June is men's health month! Along with this week celebrating father's day, we decided to dive into men's health. Why is it not really talked about? Why don't men even talk about it? Is it because they don't have the time or energy? Or have we all been conditioned not to worry about men's health as much as we should.  We get opinions from both men and women on the subject and try to get to the bottom of this age old issue.
