Charlotte Hunter is a Registered Nutritionist and Functional Medicine Practitioner specialising in premature, surgical and complex menopause cases. After going through surgical menopause, she launched a Menopause Nutrition business to give women solutions that are sitting in their kitchen, reducing the twists, turns, and loop-the-loops they face riding into menopause. Charlotte has worked for a number of diagnostic laboratories and alongside her busy practice manages a team of therapists and runs the Menopause Mastery Membership. A mentoring space exclusively for other practitioners. In todays episode we cover

  5. How to eat/fuel and nutritionally support the luteal phase of the menstrual cycle  
  6.  How to nutritionally support the menopausal phase and reasons why –looking at the science and hormonal reasons behind this.
