Today I am joined on the podcast by Dr Debie Rice. Debbie is the Director of Clinical Education at Precision Analytical Laboratory. She gr aduated from NCNM (NUNM) after falling in love with Naturopathic Medicine and pursuing her passion for access and advocacy for health care. She was introduced to Naturopathic Medicine through her own health struggles and after much investigative work, she became a fan of lifestyle evaluation and treatment.
She has worked with communities in need, supporting Natural Doctors International in Nicaragua, as well as the Peace Corps prior to medical school. Given her experience, she also obtained an MPH from Grand Canyon University for a broader understanding of the global health impact. She has worked in many diverse environments including private practice. She is a trained midwife and loves working with hormones and hormone balance. When not digging into the literature with her team at DUTCH, she can be found either in the sun or the river, snuggling her animals, or lying in a blissed out shivasanah after a great yoga practice.
