Cagey Cannon said there would now be a shorter hearing, on June 24 and 25, to consider different topics, including any lingering discussion about Smith’s appointment. Cannon also told the defense and the prosecution to be ready to debate Trump’s motion to exclude from the case any evidence, including more than 100 classified and top secret documents out of thousands of documents taken that the F.B.I. discovered in August twenty twenty two, when agents searched Mar-a-Largo, Trump’s golf club and residence in Florida. After they of course begged for there return for eighteen months, and then finally, gave him a written heads-up, with a time and date, as not to surprise him. Which allowed time for family to leave, and time for him to close the club to most employees and business associates, saving face for FUGU Trump. A bend over backwards courtesy Joe public never sees in their own circumstance, only in our dreams of justice equality and affordable legal representation. We are assumed guilty until proven innocent, and our homes and offices are wrecklessly and abrubtly raided by law enforcement during the hours humans are resting and more likely to feel danger and terror. Let's not forget all the time in the world given to Trump to go through and hide, or move even more documents. Trump had boxes of docs in areas accessible to workers and staff and members. Trump is so irresponsible with our government communications and top secret information, military capabilities and operations, and human assets, that he wrecklesly placed these documents in an unsecure area even after the March 2019 China breach. Remember when the Chinese agent Yujing Zhang was arrested, and was wandering around Mara Largo? She had four cell phones, two passports, cash, hard drives, external drives, a laptop, thumb drives containing malicious malware and two passports. After her arrest, in her off-site hotel room, more devices were found, including nine USB drives, five SIM cards, and eight thousand in cash. The Chinese agent also lied about why she was there, fooling security and passing through not one, but two secret service check points and scanners. Trump was present at the club at this time. A receptionist finally stopped and questioned her, ferreting out that the Chinese agent lied and was not there for an event as the agent stated. It is important to note that This receptionist was not named, given a medal, or any recognition. My guess is that she did not even get a raise, or a very nice CHristmas bonus at that. But blow me down, Trump gave the Presidential Medal of Freedom to the likes of Miriam Adelson, the wife of his largest campaign contributor. Trump has used the country’s highest civilian honor to reward his most fervent supporters. Angry, divisive partisans like Rush Limbaugh(who coined the term“feminazi”), Representative. Jim“Shouty” Jordan and, of course, his favorite cow-suing former congressman, Devin Nunes who was made the CEO of the legally troubled, financially burdened Trump Media that is rife with partner in-fighting. Short sellers abound, are betting against the overvalued, Truth Social, Trump Media and Tech company. The Presidential Medal of Freedom, created by President Kennedy in 1963, was established to recognize individuals who have made an“especially meritorious contribution to the security or national interests of the United States, or world peace, or cultural or other significant public or private endeavors.” The unnamed receptionist at Mara Largo was simply passed over, unworthy of even her name being mentioned. So is the plight of all of us Jane and Joe Publics that perform our assigned duties and pay our forced taxes so the elite can use our work, our talent, our efforts, our loyalty, and gamble with our money. Anyway, back to Cagey Cannon and her most recent dice toss. The two sides will argue as well over Trump’s attempt to suppress the private audio notes that prosecutors obtained from one of his lawyers through a process that pierced the normal protections of attorney-client privilege. The notes by the lawyer, Evan Corcoran, were central to the government’s allegations that Trump had obstructed the government’s repeated efforts to reclaim the classified materials he took to Mar-a-Largo. In addition, the parties are expected to discuss Smith’s request to Cannon to alter Trump’s conditions of release by barring him from making public statements that could endanger F.B.I. agents working on the case. That request was prompted by false statements Trump made last month, twisting the meaning of a standard use-of-force policy employed during the search of Mar-a-Largo. In social media posts and fund-raising emails, FUGU Trump grossly mischaracterized the policy by suggesting that the bureau had authorized agents to kill him during the search.
