Come on in and have a seat. Today's topic is Trump has his first meeting with probation officer for his felony convictions. And like usual, the meeting is not the norm. The so called meeting was a remote meeting, a call zoom meeting.
Elly:
Whatever. Doesn't matter. Over 60 percent of Joe public would have to miss work and miss pay for this meeting.
Ben:
We would have to drive there, no matter how far. And that matters when you live somewhere rural and poor, where there are no government offices.
Elly:
But there's more, right? Special treatment for the elite, faux billionaire, Don the Con Trump. Let's
Ben:
break this down. Convicted felon, Trump's meeting lasted for less than 30 minutes.
Elly:
Meeting, yeah, right.
Ben:
Less than 30 minutes could have been 5 minutes. I mean, where does, what is less than 30? Everything from 29 to 1? It could be a couple seconds.
Elly:
I would bet it was eight minutes remotely. That could be, you don't even know if it's visual, it could have been just audio.
Ben:
No, they could have been blindfolded.
Elly:
I can't see, I can't see.
Ben:
Within this meeting, the felon has to fill out many documents, answer several questions in his own words regarding his crimes. Could get a drug screen. Every week or every month depending.
Elly:
He ain't gonna like that.
Ben:
Nope.
Elly:
No more uppers, no more downers.
Ben:
Submit his DNA.
Ethan:
That's one mighty long swab.
Ben:
It would be my guess, because this was done over the internet, through Skype or whatever, there was no DNA test done.
Ethan:
The criminal justice system did not take the mandatory sample of Trumps blood and upload his DNA results on the cloud on a felon search base and most likely will not. The mandatory drug test was not taken either.
Elly:
And don't forget, he has to relinquish any and all firearms, Or other weapons, say a samurai sword, or a hunting rifle.
Ben:
Yeah, gotta turn in his bowie knife.
Elly:
Uh, no problem. He'll just teleport his weapons there like, Brundle Fly. You've seen them, that, pod everyone has in their office that transports anything?
Ben:
No, it's a weapon, not a living object. Oh. They'll have to use the transporter.
Elly:
Beam me up, Scotty.
Ben:
In less than 30 minutes. Eight minutes. He read the docs, met the requirements and signed these documents for 34 felonies in less than 30 minutes.
Elly:
With his attorney, he's a damn speed reader with his attorney present, he's a damn speed reader. Speed reading. Speed reader.
Ben:
we know with an attorney in the mix, this process would last days, not minutes. Not to mention normally when this happens, you can't have your attorney present when this is going
Elly:
on. Exactly. Exactly. But you got to be kidding about the 34 felonies in less than 30 minutes. Are you kidding me? No years. Look what's happened years
Ben:

Elly:
I'm telling you. I'm telling you it's been years.
Ben:
In addition He would be asked about his contempt of court fines and threats to the judges and others
Elly:
Right. You in trouble, Donnie.
Ben:
No, he won't. They'll let him slide like everything else.
Elly:
Mm hmm. Yeah.
Ben:
Further. He might be asked about the Trump Organization fraud and fines and past and present business ventures or engaging with known criminals. That's everybody he knows. Everybody he knows has been convicted, put in jail and they're still in jail and one's getting ready to go to jail. It was all Donnie's friends.
Elly:
Don't forget, he may have to respond about engaging in fraud regarding Trump University and his Trump nonprofit, both forced to close.
Ben:
Forced because he was scamming students at his unaccredited university and used his non profit funds for his own ends, ripping off donors and getting unfair tax benefits.
Elly:
What a guy. What a guy. Ma must be proud. Ha ha
Ben:
ha. Oh man.
Elly:
Anybody, including politicians, that support this guy are approving of this illegal and immoral behavior.
Ben:
Yes. And it's not just a one time thing with him. This is a pattern with Donnie Connie. Everyone can see this, but I think this is what makes it so hard for some people to believe he is guilty and easy for them to believe he's just being harshly judged because he whines all the time.
Elly:
Cry baby.
Ben:
That's very unattractive. Want some cheese with that wine, Donny boy? You know,
Elly:
in addition, he might also have to include answers to the Trump organization fraud and tax conviction, the civil assault case with Carol, the criminal business fraud case with Daniels, the civil fraud case, which amounted to 350 million, then to 450 million dollar judgment, which keeps going up and up and up because he hasn't paid it yet
Ben:
and he hasn't shut up talking about it. He's going to get hit again, more.
Elly:
I stubbed my toe.
Ben:
Then he was given a huge break on the money he needed to secure the debt. The judgment. And keep his ass out of jail. Now growing daily because it remains unpaid.
Elly:
Joe Public would also have to disclose what is happening regarding their other crimes and court requirements including payment, Heck, including child support payments.
Ben:
Yep, absolutely, definitely.
Ethan:
Don the con will not be forced to disclose anything. There will be no penalties for not doing so. He is not one of us. Trump has not disclosed or admitted to his other crimes his entire life. He claims he is the victim and then sues. He sues banks, contractors, partners, the media and his opponents, like Hilary Clinton. That case like all the ballot challenges were tossed out because it was a frivolous law suit.
Elly:
He also has to hard copy these signed and dated documents. How is that happening remotely?
Ben:
Maybe it's been digitally sent.
Elly:
Any listeners know the answer to this? Give us a comment. Let's be honest, digital or not, this would be an all day affair, with half of that time spent twiddling your thumbs in the waiting area of the probation office, And your attorney would not be there. But no, everyone is equal. Under the law. What a crock. Crybaby trumps people know how to manipulate the proletariat. They know that thousands of innocent Americans are unjustly accused, given unjust punishments, treated unfairly or even killed. They feed off of this injustice forced by the law enforcement and the courts.
Ben:
Just like he feeds off the bottom of the 60 percent of Americans not getting ahead financially, 40 percent are barely keeping their heads above water. This is what the party wants.
Elly:
And let's be clear, times are better now under Biden, things are, things are doing a lot better, but the bottom 40 percent have been going under since Ronnie Reagan. So, it's not Biden folks. This has been going on a long, long time. And people that live through that, especially working class folks know exactly what I'm talking about.
Ben:
Yes, absolutely.
Elly:
So in closing, Don the Con can not only remotely meet with his probation officer, With his lawyer. Yeah. Oh, man. Life's so fair. But also deny the courts with his DNA sample.
Ben:
Take a drug test.
Ethan:
He was not given a drug test or DNA draw, it was a remote meeting.
Elly:
Fill out all the forms and sign a hard copy.
Ethan:
It is impossible to read, write and sign all the documents for 34 felonies in less than 30 minutes.
Ben:
Hand over his weapons.
Ethan:
He did not surrender his weapons. LIke we said it was a remote meeting.
Elly:
Wait endlessly in the waiting room.
Ethan:
That didn't happen.
Ben:
Spend all day kowtowing to probation authorities.
Ethan:
Nope, not the elite.
Elly:
Fill out endless paperwork.
Ethan:
Again, he did not fill out all that paperwork in a few minutes. The point is, Trump and other elite criminals have different rules than the rest of us. The rules are the rules, but not for the elite, and punishment is rare and usually much less severe. I'm not saying I agree with probation rules. and regulations, but what I am saying is that the rich, the elite, those that appear rich and have power that other gutter snipes aspire to, are not held to the same standard as us. Nor are they're punishments just. I'm sorry, but a couple of months served in a low security happy camp jail or a segregated protected part of prison or an ankle bracelet at home is not the same. Case in point, company CEOs that knew that they were poisoning and killing thousands. Guess what? No arrests. No, criminal time,
Ben:
Nope. This comes to mind, the investment gamblers and the world's wall streets that decimated trillions of dollars of our money yet made a killing and got a nice bailout too. They walked trillions of dollars in the United States alone, 2008.
Ethan:
That was Republican Bush two's administration and watch, not Obama.
Elly:
Yeah, buddy. No arrest, but for one low level guy in the whole shit show.
Ben:
That sounds about right.
Ethan:
MSNBC, CNN and other news programs rarely even mention this fact, or compare punishment for white collar crime, that harms hundreds of millions of people, to let's say, the theft of a car.
Ben:
