My interview with former Cookeville Mayor Ricky Shelton on "Today in Putnam County!!" We discuss the 10th annual Red, White and Boom 4th of July festivities. Ricky created the event in 2015 which includes the 2nd largest fireworks display in Tennessee. Now part of the Better Cookeville non-profit, the event continues to grow with a new 5K run this year. Great interview with a good friend and past mayor!
