Cold plunging is a hot topic / subject on social media lately and so I wanted to share my personal insights on the wellness trend as someone who has been doing it pretty consistently for over 2 years. 


I’m also touching on some of my favorite “hacks” for improving sleep, and discussing my unfiltered thoughts on THC gummies for sleep.
