Pat Mingarelle

I am President of National Register USA, a long standing (since 1979) North American Search firm. Our experiences span the C-Suite and down through early careers. We specialize in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Executive Search. We serve the Financial Services, Life Sciences to include Medical and Pharma, Manufacturing, and Business Services/Technology. We work across North America and have some experiences in the UK and South America. Before joining the firm in 1989, I was a hiring manager myself in the sales and marketing field. I also am proud of my service and feel what I learned as an Officer in the United States Army has helped both identify and work with great leaders in corporate America. I proudly served and retired my Army Reserve commission as Captain in the US Army MP Corp in 1995 to fully dedicate to growing our search business.
I am a graduate of West Virginia University.
