In todays special episode we speak with Gill Bawler, Service Manager for Partnership Transformation to inform you of all of the key updates that have recently been published in the update to Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023) and the Information Sharing Guidance (2024).

Importantly we discuss the issue of consent to share information and when it is or isn't appropriate to seek consent, as well as the legal basis, and responsibility we all have, to seek and share information when this relates to protecting a child from harm.
