Ep 07 - Emma Gray on resilience, purpose, and finding the way forward after heartbreak and grief.
Sep 21, 2023 Season 1 Episode 7
Zoe Poulton

A widow, a mother, a solicitor (non-practicing), a coach, a trainee counsellor and grief expert – Emma has taken what life threw at her, and used the experience to help others going through the profound grief that comes with losing a partner. From emotional support to helping you understand the practicalities of ‘sadmin’ and what documents need to be in place, Emma pours her heart and soul into ‘Rainbow Hunting’ and in this episode she talks us through not only her experiences and the life changes she went through following her husbands death, but also the work she now does with her own company and also with Cruse Bereavement Support and WAY (Widowed and Young).

A tearjerker of an episode but so powerful in showing how to become more prepared (at least on the ‘sadmin’ side) with so much valuable advice.

Emma has been so helpful in providing so many links to resources which I have added below, but there is one in particular that I want to highlight…

Emma is running a free 30-minute ‘Finding Rainbows after Loss’ zoom webinar on Monday 25th September at 8pm. Completely free and packed full of support and advice, you can find the sign-up link here:
