The story behind Wiersberg Warriors

Wiersberg Warriors was established in February 2019 by the family and friends of Officer Spencer Wiersberg.  The formation was in response to Spencer's diagnosis of Ewing Sarcoma, a rare bone cancer typically diagnosed during childhood.
Our mission now is to honor Spencer's memory, raise awareness about Ewing Sarcoma, and give back to our community that continues to support us. Specifically, we are dedicated to assisting other young adults on Delmarva (Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia) who, like our precious Spencer, are battling cancer, or other serious illness or injury. Our mission is to remind them that No One Fights Alone. We do this through monetary or other small gifts, meals, etc. Whatever a warrior needs in that moment. We are able to do so through your generous support. 100% of your donation stays right here, continuing Spencer's mission of protecting and serving.
