So I was thinking the other day about some of the larger companies s that are popular now and the strategies and structuring they employ to build their brands. As I was musing, a simple (and rather random) thought entered my mind; every founder starts out as an admirer or fan of something. Their admiration creates a spark that inspires them to be more than just a spectator! That simple thought was so interesting to me that I decided to dig a little deeper and ... HERE WE ARE! Lol! To add some additional substance to this discussion, we decided to bring in a guest: Enter Terri Thomas!
For the last 19 years, (until very recently), Terri has served as the Operations Manager for Radio One, who own several very popular and iconic radio stations. (Those in Houston would know some of them: 97.9 The Box, Majic 102.1, 93Q Country, The Eagle 106.9 & 107.5, and others) In addition to that, she's also a well known Speaker, Talent Coach, and Brand Strategist! That should be enough to let you know she's about to drop something MAJOR on y'all!!

- what's the first step in going from a fan to building a brand
- the importance of your "perfect imperfections"
