When was the last time you got into a healthy disagreement? A healthy debate in which you and another person were having a conversation and you happened to disagree on an idea or a topic? A conversation where each of you took the time to thoughtfully express why you believe what you believe without either of you getting offended at the end of the conversation? How often does that happen? In today's episode, I discuss the topic of "Civil Discourse," as I answer three important questions: Why is civil discourse so important? Why is it missing from our society today? And finally, what we can do about it?
