September is Healthy Aging Month so for today’s episode, we will be talking about some aging myths regarding our pelvis. These myths and facts are very important to learn about because as we age, our pelvic functions are also changing. 

We will be focusing on the common symptoms in relation to our urinary function, bowel function, and sexual function as we age that are not at all normal!
