Catrina Simbe is Managing Partner and CEO of Pinpoint Talent and founder/ philanthropist of Tyler's Grace Foundation (www/tylersgracefoundation.org). She has spent the last 20+ years in recruiting, running successful divisions and mentoring staff. She worked for both a large publicly traded staffing/consulting firm and as entrepreneur/ co-founder and now CEO of boutique staffing firms. Catrina is a treasure to so many that know and respect her! She shares her life lessons of having to pivot not only in her career but in her personal life while overcoming the death of her son and husband within 45 days of each other. The lessons and take aways to live life every day to the fullest shines through.
