In this video, co-founder of Reside Platform Suneet Agarwal sits down with Tessa Hartman, the VP of Marketing and Sales for Stitser Built in Reno, NV. In that position, Tessa has found herself leading a team of Realtor on the Stitser Properties Real Estate Team.


The conversation starts with Tessa explaining her background in sales and marketing, and how that led to her current position. Tessa also dives deep into her previous experience in B-to-C Marketing for a Construction company and her key marketing tactics that she developed and has carried into the Real Estate industry.


Tessa then discusses the successful community events that she and the Stitser Properties host and the social media strategy to accompany them, which has created significant leverage in their market. She also discusses the unique value proposition and support that her team provides and how marketing that value successfully has resulted in very high agent attraction.


Tessa and Suneet also discuss the Stitser Properties recruiting strategy that brought in 15 agents from June 2023 to January 2024. She credits some specific events and resources that changed their strategy and mindset, and truly moved the needle.


Tesse then provides some specific insight into the Stitser Properties leadership team and how they leverage systems and technology to hold agents accountable  and increase productivity. She also discusses, in-depth, the team’s yearly goal setting process and the weekly accountability check-in for those goals, and how that motivates and supports the team.
