In this episode, we’re releasing tension, allowing the body to sync with the mind as we work our way through every muscle group in the body, tensing each area for about 5 seconds, and then letting go and feeling the muscles relax. This activation and deactivation process allows us to build on the mind-body connection, leading to increased awareness and a sense of control.
