I FINALLY got my friend and yoga teacher Chuck Raffoni on the pod! We discuss how he got into teaching yoga and how he has turned it into a career (Yoga With Chuck) and how his appearance on my friends old radio show got me back into yoga in 2019. We talk about how he takes the “woo woo” out of the “woo woo”. I also reflect on my first class I attended of his and all of the cool stuff that happened from attending his last men’s day retreat (like joining a book club, a kickball team and becoming a member of the Hot Pitches!!!). We also discuss how our friend Justin told me that kickball has made me enter my “dom top” era, music, and we get to hear about the times we each met Nile Rogers separately…and that time that he roller skated with MADONNA!!!
