Career killers. Things officers do that won't get them fired but will cause damage to their careers. Bobby and Sarge discuss these career killing incidents that they were involved in. Sarge talks about several incidents he's been involved with, some intentional and some unintentional. As sad as it is to work for people who hold grudges rather than focus on mission, it happens and has happened to both Bobby and Sarge Listen in as they talk about past faux pas that were instrumental in keeping them from moving up the chain of command.
