This past week, a 20-year-old decided to try and take out the former President of the United States. On this week's episode, Bobby and Sarge are joined by Retired Police sniper, Sergeant and SWAT team member Cyril Hopping who put in 31 years of dedicated service to the City of Melbourne Florida. Cyril gives us his viewpoint on the incident that almost took the former President's life last Saturday. Was it understandable or was it an epic failure on all fronts?
