Healing from Porn Addiction with Coach Frank Rich

Frank Rich has worked as a certified Health and Fitness coach for the last 15 years, training men to build muscle and become physically fit men. Meanwhile, Frank had a secret. 

Frank was introduced to pornography at very young and unequipped age. Sometimes around the age of 6-7 was his first exposure to what at the time was a "hustler type" of magazine. For almost 30 years after, he never truly understood the impact that they had and the negative effectives that a daily (and sometimes multiples times a day use of pornography) was having on his brain and body.

After finding freedom and Christ back in 2019, he now dedicates his life and work to helping other high-performing men remove the spirit of lust from their lives that is silently killing their productivity and preventing them from experiencing all this incredible life has to offer.

We also speak about how porn is affecting women and marriages as well. Rebuilt Recovery is a wonderful program for men helping them overcome their porn addiction.
