Confetti All Around is intimate and brave. It's compassionate and timely. We are pulling back the veil on all the work behind the scenes of coming to this part of our lives where we can celebrate and rejoice from the roots to the fruits!Mission:On Confetti All Around we hold space for the celebration of our success and the mess after the party's over. We dive into vulnerability to share a moment in our lives we thought we did not have direction or felt utterly defeated and the lessons learned from them to get to where we are now. We center self compassion, creativity and intergenerational healing. Host:Confetti All Around is hosted by Chicana Therapist Cynthia Perez, LCSW who has worked in the field of Los Angeles, CA for 15 years as a social worker in schools, homes and hospitals and realized what everyone wants is connection and a good story. Cynthia interviews friends, mentors and cycle breakers.

S02-EP03: "14 Going on 40" with guest Leslie
Cynthia and Leslie met at 14 years old as 1st Gen Latinas in high school in Long Beach, CA and the adventures they shared and the adults who guided them along the way. Cynthia and Leslie pay homage to our Inner Teen spirit, old friends and the adults who believed in us! We talk about grieving as teenagers and how dance has always been a coping tool for us. This is a light hearted chat with two soul sisters who met when they needed each other. Lelsie gives Cynthia advice on turning 40 in October and shares tps on embracing the Señora Era.
Leslie Henderson is a mom, a cowgirl, a designer, an avid Zumba dancer and a lover of animals and laughs. Leslie is one of those friends in Cynthia's life that will always have her own chapter for all that she has done for Lil' Cyn.
