We are pulling back the veil on all the work behind the scenes of coming to this part of our lives where we can celebrate and rejoice from the roots to the fruits!Mission:On Confetti All Around we hold space for the celebration of our success and the mess after the party's over. We dive into vulnerability to share a moment in our lives we thought we did not have direction or felt utterly defeated and the lessons learned from them to get to where we are now. We center self compassion, creativity and intergenerational healing. Host:Confetti All Around is hosted by Chicana Therapist Cynthia Perez, LCSW who has worked in the field of Los Angeles, CA for 15 years as a social worker in schools, homes and hospitals and realized what everyone wants is connection and a good story. Cynthia interviews friends, mentors and cycle breakers.

S02-EP05: "Honoring Our Softness and Vulnerability as a Gift" with guest Cecilia Martinez
Cecilia Martinez is on the podcast as shares her story as a middle daughter, her journey trying new wellness spaces, and the intuitive way she honors her childhood friend's legacy by putting them on her altar and honoring the relationship. Ceci and Cynthia met at Rooted in Reflection events and Ceci shares her reflections from attending in person wellness events and the collective energy felt in each one. Ceci's soft vulnerability is always appreciated and felt in this conversation.
Ceci is a proud first generation daughter to parents who migrated from Zacatecas, Mexico. She is a middle child who is usually quiet and reserved. She found her passion in sex education, and takes any opportunity to link her knowledge of her own healing journey to incorporate it into her work. She has been on her healing journey since 2016 and has the privilege to have access to community spaces where she meets like minded people. Being in those spaces has allowed Ceci to approach situations with different perspectives and has increased her level of compassion when it comes to family dynamics.
