Confetti All Around is intimate and brave. It's compassionate and timely. We are pulling back the veil on all the work behind the scenes of coming to this part of our lives where we can celebrate and rejoice from the roots to the fruits!Mission:On Confetti All Around we hold space for the celebration of our success and the mess after the party's over. We dive into vulnerability to share a moment in our lives we thought we did not have direction or felt utterly defeated and the lessons learned from them to get to where we are now. We center self compassion, creativity and intergenerational healing. Host:Confetti All Around is hosted by Chicana Therapist Cynthia Perez, LCSW who has worked in the field of Los Angeles, CA for 15 years as a social worker in schools, homes and hospitals and realized what everyone wants is connection and a good story. Cynthia interviews friends, mentors and cycle breakers.

S02-EP09: "An Inner-Child Beach Day in San Juan" with guest Zina Rodriguez, MSW of Z&D Consulting
Cynthia and Zina share the joy they had meeting on a retreat in Zina's motherland of Puerto Rico. The two of them reminisce what it felt like to be witnessed for their inner child goodness like gathering to collect sea shells in Ocean Park, to dancing at La Placita like our college days, to evoking our inner boss ancestors like Zina when she strolls into a cigar shop.
What Zina brings to the room is boss energy and decades of experience, hands down. But what I got to spend a week with was Little Zina and Inner Teen Zina and oooohhhh I love them so much! Hear about our tales on the school bus down the windy road of Utuado and how we found safety in our vulnerability.
