Hello Design Easers Welcome back. I am full on discussing the effect of Shoulding yourself. You heard that right Shoulding - a new term not a misspelled swear word. I am reading No Bad Parts By Richard Schwarts and I want to help others understand it is you being so mean to yourself that is holding you back! Becuse thats what I was doing. And I discuss how energy = outcome what you give you get - Karma is another word for it I guess we can have a whole discussion on that.
