She shares how she had to rewire her brain using music to not allow herself to stay in deep dark, depression in her early 20's, but instead, helped herself strive towards healing first to then bring about inner peace and joy in her life.
Dr. Toni Gines-Rivera, PhD, is a licensed psychologist and a speaker on mental health and wellness. She has a Ph.D. in Psychology & Counseling with a specialization in Counselor Education & Supervision from Regent University. She is also a member of the American Psychological Association.
