S1 E3: MXPX - SOUTHBOUND TO SAN ANTONIO
On Leap Year (February 29th) of 2020, just weeks before COVID 19 brought the city of San Antonio to its knees MXPX came through and brought the city to its feet. Energetically led by Mike Herrera, bassist and lead vocalist of the band, the 23 song set was recorded at the Paper Tiger and released two years later. I remember the first time I saw MXPX perform live, it was around 1997. Its refreshing to see that some things never change. Its heart breaking to know that some things do.
