I'm so excited . Today , pamela is going to talk about darkness , chaos and shadow work , which is a really interesting topic . I'm super excited to dive into this . But let's start talking a little bit about yourself . Tell us a little bit about your background , how you got into this work .

Oh , my goodness , this is such a story . This could be a whole book in and of itself . I met this man where I worked , who was nine years younger than me and I was going through my quote-unquote self-help journey , which ended up to be my spiritual journey . That I didn't know was a spiritual journey . He put me on my path . I did not know that he was my twin flame , which ended up in . We haven't seen each other in over seven years , so we are in separation at this moment , but what I will tell you is what happened . He put me on my spiritual journey and he introduced me to a lot of things that I had absolutely no knowledge of when I did this journey .

When we separated oh my goodness , it was the hardest thing for me to ever do . I did not have a mentor . Back in the day when this was going on , there wasn't all the information that's out there now that people can grasp onto and hold onto . It wasn't available . I went into deep , deep , deep , self-inflicted wounds , coming up , ripping the band-aids off and just moving forward , just communicating with self , god , universe , whatever we want to call it today . I had to self heal and it was not pretty , it was not easy , but I'll tell you what . If you really , really , really want to heal , this is worth it . Your life will never , ever , ever be the same .

And since that time , as I was speaking a little while ago that I just am reopening my brand new center , we're moving from one location to another . So I just got back from putting the last little touches in there . We haven't put them all up yet , but I have opened a healing center in New Jersey and we're doing all this really good work and awakening people to understand how the chaos works and how the storms are , how the darkness works . Might be hesitant to say this removing entities and energies from people , implants and things of that nature . I do that work as well , but mostly I'm really here to help people find what their purpose is and what our main purpose is here on the planet right at this moment , because that is probably the most important thing of all . So that's how I got started on this journey . I have no idea where it's taking me . I just allow spirit to guide me and I'm just going with it wherever they're taking me . I love that so much .

Well , let's dive in . Let's talk about shadow work , darkness , chaos . Before we jumped on the recording , we sort of had talked about , you know , this is kind of an area of spiritual work . I think some people have fears around , but , as you said , I mean when you work through the chaos , the shadow , the darkness , it leads to self-improvement .

Yes . So you have to understand why the chaos comes in . The chaos has a purpose . The chaos is there to either get you to move in another direction , choose something else , or it's spirit guiding you possibly not to be somewhere . It's kind of like your own GPS system . When a storm comes in , it's there to transform you in some way , to go in another direction , or something of that nature . So many people call them by different names . That's chaos , the storm coming in . Shadows . To me are a little different .

I was speaking to you about the fact that have you ever had somebody talk to you on the phone and you felt the energy just come right into your body , right ? So when you said , yes , even when I'm on the phone , so when that energy comes in , you just bought that energy from that person , you accepted it and now it's yours to heal . Can you imagine if you could think back on your life , how many times you have that happen to you , how many things you have to remove from your body that may have gotten stuck there ? Yeah , it's a lifetime Right .

So what I try to teach people is how to come out of being the . To me , that's empathic energy you're taking on , how to come out of being the empath and what I say is moving into the high priestess energy . So the high priestess energy when you're in the high priestess energy , you realize and you understand that the person that's possibly yelling at you or saying things in front of you that are you may absorb , is not about you . And when you can be in the high priestess , you're holding space for the other person , as opposed to allowing that energy to come into your body , Right ? So when you're holding space for someone , you're allowing them to be who they are without letting it flood into you , right ? So that high priestess energy is where I try to teach people to get to that space where someone could stand in front of you and say really , really hurtful things and know that it's a reflection of them . It's not a reflection of you and you don't have to take that energy on . That's theirs and we just want to see like that . Go back to them and it won't come into your energy field . So that's pretty much what I teach . When I'm teaching this , you can get to a point where it will no longer influence you and you become so solid in your own energy field that nothing can affect you .

There are moments that I've had some things recently that have tripped me up , like in this last month . I ended up in the hospital and with a blood clot and I also got bit by a pit bull . So , oh my goodness . So it's been an interesting month that's been trying to throw me back into the darkness . So when the darkness came back in , the chaos came back in .

I struggled a little bit to get out of it . But in my struggle I had to go back and remember my own tools that I teach and go back , because it was really the darkness was trying to pull me back down and the whole thing is to rise up above it and hold the energy . But it was really getting the better part of me . But then I used my tools and then I came back up and I got to the point where it was no longer affecting me and I could move forward . But this year has been a trials and tribulations year for me , but I've handled it so much differently than I would have in the past , which to me shows my own personal growth and where I'm moving into this next phase of evolution . Now , speaking of evolution , that's what we came here to do .

We came here to get to a place where we could be like the masters , and what I mean by that is we're going to look at , possibly , paramahansa Yogananda . Have you heard of him ?

I haven't , oh , babaji , they're yogis . You've heard of Buddha , okay , and Jesus . So those are the four most popular ones that I know of that people may be able to relate to here . I have worked very closely with the Jesus energy and I work with other ascended masters as well that not a lot of people would know , but basically he has been teaching me how to be more like him . If you remember , in the stories that they tell about him I cannot prove any of this , but I know about the stories when he was carrying the cross and they were doing all those harmful , hurtful things to him . He did not do anything to them . He sent them love the entire time , right . So as he's sending love out to all these people who were doing these hurtful things to him , he never once utters a word of any horrible judgment , anything . He just sends them love . And that's why he says be more like me . He said to me some people will hear me , some people will see me , some people will feel me . He said the very few people will be like me . He said will you be like me ? And I said if you show me the way , I will be like you .

And that's when I started this journey of learning and understanding how to use this tool that I have here in order to get people up out of the darkness , how to get out of chaos . Now , shadows , shadow work , mirror work . However you want to look at it , I know for myself I have shadows . So what does that mean to me ? I actually have shadows that were living in me , and when I got mad at my twin flame at one point , I was not going to answer the phone . I'm like nope , I'm not answering that phone . There's no way . Not know what I was saying no to was not my twin flame . What I was saying no to was the darkness inside of me , and that shadow lifted right out of my body because I said I'm not going to tolerate it anymore . And he knew it . The shadow knew that he could no longer reside there and he just walked right out of my body .

Healing, Ascension, and Self-Reflection

I'm extremely sensitive , and I have been since birth , and these are things that happen to people that they probably know nothing about . I have had people who have crossed over that come and sit with me . It's not terrible , it's not anything to be afraid of , you know . That's the whole thing is to get out of the fear of any of these things . So when you have shadows that you're working on , someone's going to always show up for you to help you get rid of that thing that you need to let go of .

Like he was showing up for me with whatever he was doing at that given point in time , that got me angry . Now all I wanted him to do was call me . This is the funny part . All I want him to do was call me . He calls me and I say no , not getting answered . How many times have we done that ? We've all done that . Right . Who are we punishing ? Yeah , me , my shadow . My shadow was saying no , no , no .

And then I realized when God said to me you're punishing yourself . You know I was like what ? And he says you're punishing yourself . He says all you wanted to do was talk to him and when he called you didn't pick up the phone . You're punishing yourself . I was like , oh my goodness .

And when I put a boundary up for the first time , they said take it down . I go , what ? I just put a boundary up . I've never put a boundary up in my entire life . Now you're telling me take the boundary down . He goes the boundary is not for the other person . It's for you , like wow , okay , I understand that . All right , I take the boundary down . I now set the boundary within my own perimeters that it won't happen again . But it's for me , it's not for the other person .

So when you're doing this work , you have to understand that you're doing it to evolve yourself , not anybody else . So it's all about you , right ? So mirrors mean somebody's coming up to you . If somebody comes up to you and says something that you don't like , it means there's something inside of you that reflects that back . So when that comes up , you have to know what is it , pay attention to it . What is it that I don't like in that person ? This is self-reflection . That's why it's a mirror . What don't I like in that person that I'm seeing ? Because that's something that I have to heal within myself . And as you start this journey , to start this healing process , you have to understand that all these energies are in your auric field and once you drop them down and you no longer have to have them , your energy field becomes clearer and you become more light , more light , more light , more light . As long as you're carrying this darkness and you're not willing to work on it or let it go . It's going to stay with you .

Well , let me explain this part to you . You have to understand that you're not human . You're a divine soul living in a human body . When you went out driving today , you were in a vehicle , but you're not the vehicle . Your body is just your vehicle . Does that make sense ? Yeah , perfect .

The darkness doesn't come with the divine part . The divine part is already pure . The darkness is in the human aspect . You're clearing energy from the human aspect . So what was shown to me was , if you have a bottle of Coke , they told me , take the bottle of Coke and put a pin in the bottom and let all the darkness drain out , all the stuff that's at the bottom of this chart that I showed you . Let all that drain out and once you heal all those things within inside yourself , that's when you become more like the light .

So what happens if you remember Paramahansa , yogananda , babaji , jesus and oh my gosh , I'm going to forget his name Buddha ? Yes , thank you . They all ascended . We're here to go through that same ascension process , but it's not dying . It's dying of the darkness . The darkness has to be let go of in order to have the light body right . The darkness exists with the human , it doesn't exist with the divine part of the soul that's inside of you , that animates your body . That makes sense . Yeah , we're stuck in a repetitive pattern of dying and rebirth , dying and rebirth . You're reincarnating and dying . Remember carnating and re-dying , dying and reincarnating . It's a cycle . Once you get to the point where you become clear , with no darkness or very little darkness , you now can move into the next dimension , where the ascended masters are seated , and when you do that , you never have to die again .

So interesting . That's what , if you listen to any of the and I'm not a Bible person per se , not that I have anything wrong with the Bible , but I do listen to the music from one of the radio stations that does a lot of Christian music , because they guided me to go look there and in their music , in their songs , they talk about how he defeated the darkness . That's what we've come here for to defeat the darkness . Do you know that only two out of every hundred people will be able to defeat the darkness ? I didn't know that . No , that's really interesting . Two out of every 100 people , at this given point in time , will be able to defeat the darkness , to not allow it to affect them any longer .

I'm hoping to make that different . Yeah , I'm hoping to teach people enough people how to let go of the darkness within the human aspect in order for them to have more light within the body so that they can clear more of the energies within their auric field . And when you do that , that's when you have more peace , and not a false peace , not a pushing down piece , absolute peace where you can walk in peace every day and nothing affects you . It's a good place to be . Peace on Earth is coming , by the way , just to let you know .

That's wonderful . I know it's possible . I see all the things going on and I see it's a lot about division , division , division and there is a push for this separation between people . But there is no separation . We are all entangled , we are all connected and I think if people had a better understanding of how that works and what that is , that it would really change how they made decisions , how they treated others . At the end of the day , we are very powerful beings and we get to choose . So we get to choose . We can't control what's going to happen , we can't control how people are going to behave , but we can control how we react . Yes , and we can control what we bring in to the world every day . It's a choice , you know .

Stop sitting in a place of judgment all the time . You know . I feel like that is something that we really need to let go of , because you just don't really . Everybody has things that they're going through . You don't know anybody's story . You don't know really what's going on or what somebody's been through in their life . So have some more compassion and peace in your heart and , you know what , be willing to own up to when the mirror is held up , because the mirror sometimes does need to be held up for all of us , but be willing to , okay , acknowledge this is something I need to work on . I need to let go of this . I need to stop letting it affect me in this way . And I'll tell you , I was listening to you talk about how you know when people will do mean things to your same mean things , and it took me a long time to get to a place where I finally was able to come to exactly what you said .

This isn't about me , this is about them . And now I mean in almost all cases , I mean I'm not going to be able to say anything about them . In all cases , I mean that's really how I do feel . When I , you know , get around , I mean there's always people who are going to have opinions or challenge or be difficult . Right , I mean we can't change that , we can't change people . But now I have that peace , that self-reflection , where I'm like this is not about me , you know , and you don't let it bring you down . And I know that can be hard , depending on what words are being used or some people just know the right things to say to set another person off .

We call that triggers . So when you get triggered now let me explain something about triggers , because that kind of goes along with this category . I had a very dear relationship with a friend of mine and he was sitting at my kitchen table and he triggered me . I did not react back . I said excuse me . I got up from the table , came in the room , composed myself , came back out . He said what just happened ? I said you just became my dad . And he goes what did I do ? I said that's not how it works , because he didn't want to do it any longer . I said no , if you change for me to get better , I still have the trigger and someone else can push that trigger from me . I want to heal that trigger inside myself so that I don't ever get triggered by that again . So if you change for me to feel better , you have not done a service for you or me and when I heal that trigger you will no longer have to show up for me .

that way , that's so interesting . I love that perspective .

Yeah , that's pretty much what it's about when you get triggered . Now , mind you , when the other person . If you trigger somebody else , here's a real good thing to do . I haven't had many people been able to do this . If you trigger someone else and you see they got upset , say , oh my goodness , what just happened ? I triggered you , how can I help you ? Disarms it right away . Right , because you're recognizing that you caused them some kind of trigger . They're not aware how to handle their triggers any longer . But if you can just come up and say , hey , what happened ? I know I just triggered you , how can I help you ? You're going to help to disarm what just happened , the experience for them , and it can then help them to have that fall out of their auric field as well . Yeah , absolutely . There's so many things .

How would you recommend a person get started with their shadow work ?

First you have to understand that the chaos that's coming into your life serves a purpose . And when you understand and you have awareness if you don't have awareness around something , you can't really do anything about anything . Remember , when they first found light , it was a particle and then it was a particle first and then , when they observed it , they were able to change it into a wave . So if you don't have any awareness around something , you can't change it . But if you have awareness around something needing to be changed , then you can change it .

Understanding Triggers, Shadows, Mirrors, and Chaos

If you don't have awareness about the fact that what a trigger is , or what shadow work is or mirror work is and how it shows up in your life , how are you going to know to fix it ?

All we do is we keep hitting the energy back to the other person that's hurt us and we haven't done anything . So I keep telling everybody when somebody hits the ball over to you , don't hit it back , because you're just perpetuating the energy back and forth . Nobody's done a darn thing with it . The first person who drops the energy off has the opportunity to heal and when you have the opportunity to have that awareness , to heal that and get rid of that trigger for yourself or the other person . You have to understand that first of all , it's a trigger . Most people don't even understand they're getting triggered . It's a wound that someone else caused or it was imprinted upon you or from a past life or somewhere , and you want to heal it because you want peace in your life . I said to my boss one time John , I'm going to have to go to a lot of therapy for you to get better .

Because you got that right .

So he just looked at me . Like what I said ? Yeah , I'm going to have to go to therapy for you to feel better , because you think I'm the problem for your triggers . I'm not . I'm not the problem of your trigger . It's you've been triggered , but that's yours to heal . I have my own triggers to heal .

That's , I think , the key first thing Understanding where you are , whether you're angry , whether you're sad , whether you have guilt , shame , whatever it is . That's all darkness . I think the biggest thing for me understanding right at the moment as well , is even disappointment is darkness because it's still a judgment . I judged somebody but therefore I became disappointed in them . So I have to keep reminding myself where am I ? I showed you this chart . The chart shows me if I'm going through something . Where am I ? Go to the chart right away . And when I went to the chart , I would be like , okay , I'm in darkness . How do I get back up into the light ? The way to get back up into the light is to do positive affirmations .

Know what your purpose is Number one know your purpose . If you can find your purpose , if you can find a purpose for your life , you will not falter . You possibly could be one of the two out of a hundred If your purpose is done correctly . Purpose cannot be for money . Money is the result of your purpose . Your purpose has to be something that serves humanity , not just yourself . So when you're doing something , knowing that you're on purpose , you will have fewer challenges in your life . But when you're doing something that's not of purpose , remember you're a spirit living in a body . You're not a body living in a spirit . You're here for spiritual evolution . It's just hidden from you because you're human .

Right . So you're here to do spiritual work , and this is spiritual work . This is where everything changes in your life , and if you're ready to change , nobody can stop you . I think that finding out whether it's a trigger , whether it's chaos , whether it's a shadow , whether it's a mirror , if you , however you want to label it , as long as you understand that something's happening to you , it's taking you out of your alignment .

I was going to say how would they discern between those categories ?

A trigger to me is something that happens very quickly . It's almost like someone's pulling a gun and you just hit you the wrong way . To me , that's a trigger . Shadow work is , for me , not shadow work . Mirror work for me is somebody showing up and I realize there's something I don't like in them , but it's usually something I don't like in myself . Shadow work to me is something that I'm self-inflicting a wound on myself because the shadow is in me and it has to be released .

Remember color forms . Yes , I do remember color forms .

Okay , so you remember how you could just peel off layers of clothing and things like that . Shadows are kind of like that . There are things that just need to be peeled , just like an onion right . There are layers that just need to come off to get to the core where the light is , but these shadows are overshadowing the fact of your light and can't be seen . It's kind of like some people say they see the shadows around them , and it's true . You will see them if you really connect with spirit in that fashion and in that way .

But to me , I would just see the dark energy as the shadows lift right out of my body . But that's because I'm sensitive . But you will feel such a peace inside you when those things leave you . It's just so phenomenal the difference and the change in yourself that you will feel . What did I leave out ? I got shadows , shadows . What was it ? Did you miss ?

Chaos , chaos . So chaos is kind of like a tornado , so it's something that comes in , that doesn't isn't for you , but you're kind of like caught in it . Like maybe if something tragic happened , like Sandy happened here in New Jersey , right , that was chaos . There's a lot of chaos going on . Covid was chaos . Right , it's not like it's directed to you . This is how I look at it . It's not directed to you , but you're caught in it somehow and you can't get out of it .

If you can understand and find the reason that the chaos is coming in and what it's here to teach you and how you find peace in it , it won't be chaos anymore . It could almost be like you're in the bottom of the tornado and everything's spinning around you , but you're in the center and it's all going around you and it's not harming you , but you're still in it . That , to me , is chaos . It's kind of like the center of the tornado Finding the reason that you're in this energy and what you can take from it and how you can change it and transform . We're all here to transform ourselves , so it doesn't matter whether you're doing triggers , shadows , mirrors , chaos . It doesn't matter . They're all here for a reason . They're all here to see what are you going to do with it , how are you going to handle it and are you going to be the spiritual being that you are ?

Most people don't even know that they're a spiritual being . I know if you had asked me 17 years ago , I would have not known anything about it . What do you mean ? I'm a spirit living in a body . What do you mean ? This isn't my home . This is where I live .

I totally know what you're saying . I had a spiritual awakening . It's just about four years ago and I totally look at the world completely differently . I teach my children differently . I was raised Catholic . My upbringing was like church . Every Sunday you follow the rules , you have to go to confession and do the things .

And you know what's interesting is , even before my spiritual awakening , I just never felt like that was bright , and I'm not knocking anybody who is a devout Catholic . I mean , if that is where you resonate , that is totally wonderful . I didn't really resonate with it and I went through the whole awakening and now I talk to my kids so differently . I tell them we are spirit first and we are in our bodies . This is not our home , this is temporary .

You know , like I said , like you chose me to be your mother , we agreed to come here to teach each other , to learn lessons . Like I speak to them very differently about life than how I was , but I think that's just like the natural order of things . I've learned things I've changed and I feel like the more as adults that we become comfortable and learn the lessons ourselves and we can help our children , we can show them the way we can show them

Finding Clarity and Releasing Energy

. It's okay to have a trigger . No matter what you do , you're going to get caught in chaos . We just don't have that control aspect with that and you know , with the shadow and all the different things , it's okay . You just figure out what you need to do and then you do the work .

You know and you find a way to release it you just said it .

This is work . This is not something to take lightly . This has to have dedication , discipline , obedience , and it's obedience to yourself , it's not obedience to anyone else . It's about quieting your mind . I don't believe in ADHD . I believe and only from my own experience .

I probably was what they would consider ADHD . There were so many voices talking in my head that I had no clarity . I couldn't complete any one project because of all the voices that were talking in my head . And when I finally , with the one modality that I do is access bars , that I also teach it this one modality . When you do this , and on a continual basis , and even when my clients come in for just one or two sessions , they become so clear that there's only one voice talking in their head . They don't have a ton of voices speaking to them and basically , when they come up and they get off the table and they're sitting up and they're looking around and they're like everything looks different , yeah , because it's just you , it's not all the other voices that are talking to you in your head . To me , that's ADHD , but it can be rectified and gotten rid of . It's just that they've all been in there and we've been listening to all of them , and they can be guides or whatever you want to call it , but there's so many of them and I don't know what they're called . They're just voices in my head that just keep telling me do this , do this , do that , do this , do that , do that . How could you ever know what the right thing is to do ? How could you find clarity ? You can't . The only way to find clarity is to let go , and there's a way to do that .

Now , there's a couple of things that I teach . When people come in , number one , when the voices come in your head , you have to tell them to get out . It should just be you talking Get out . And you have to command it , get out . You need to get out now , because the darkness is trying to control you , and when you let the darkness know that it's no longer going to control you , he's going to go find another place to play , but you're the playground at the moment . When you take command of your life , things are going to change .

Now , your thoughts are here , your feelings are here . So , once you get the clarity up here and you no longer have the voices talking up here , you now have to deal with what's here , which is emotions . Right , emotions are a whole nother ballgame . So now I don't have any thoughts in my head . I'm sitting in my chair and I go what do I do now ? There's nobody telling me what to do . And nobody's telling me what to do . I was completely clear and I'm like , wow , I don't know what to do now because they were always telling me what to do . So now I have to choose what I want to do on my own .

But now I'm feeling feelings and I start feeling sad and I go why do I feel sad ? I shouldn't feel sad . I have no reason to feel sad . I have no voices telling me in my head to feel sad . Why am I feeling sad ?

Because someone's either connecting with my feelings or I'm connecting with another's feelings . I could be driving in a car and I can connect with the person's feelings next to me . But if you connect with somebody and you're feeling their energy , you're not even going to know that it's not yours . These are all the things that we have , right ? So once you clear the thoughts , now we have to work on the emotions . And once the emotions , when something comes in that doesn't feel right , you have to ask is this mine , is this mine ? Is this mine ? If it's not yours , it's going to lift and go right out of your body and go return to sender . Otherwise you're going to buy that too , right , right ? This is just adding on another layer to you . I'm sure you've connected with people and you know , oh my gosh , look , I could feel what they're feeling , yeah , but you don't have to own it . That's the difference .

That's right . I've talked on my podcast several times before about being able to release and clear . We do energetic changes all day . It's just like a good practice , just like we brush our teeth , you know , in the morning and night , and wash our face . I heard somebody as I believe it was one of my mentors , laura describe it that way that you know we all do high things for hygiene . The same should be for energy , if not more important . You should do energetic hygiene just as much as you do for your body . It's that important . Your mindset is important , I think , in balancing , like your mind , body and your spirit and all of that . Being able to get out in nature and move whatever way works for you . That's not high intensity workouts , but moving your body , I mean , because energy move . That's how you get things flowing . And I was going to ask you you talked about access bars and that's a healing one to use . I've actually never heard of that before . Let's talk about it . What is access bars ?

For me it's energy pulling , like I'm so connected energetically . But you can feel , if you were to put your hand in between my hands , you would feel the energy around my hands . That's how much I've cleared my energy field . So actually it's 32 points on the head that actually help you to release energy from your body that may be stuck and we just get it flowing again , dole on your head . Everything is . The 32 points are on your head and we put our hands in different positions to pull the energy off . It's an excellent modality . I have done so many modalities .

It's not that I don't like Reiki . I just feel like when I'm on the table I'm trying to figure out where the practitioner is all the time Access bars . I'm on your head the entire time . You know where I'm at , you're able to relax and you can concentrate .

I think some of the people who have the hardest time on the table are psychics because they're seeing so much stuff while they're on the table , all kinds of stuff . I try to get them out of their head . I'm like get out of your head , get in your body . I want you to get out of your head , get in the body . I want you to feel . I want you to feel right now , and when they get into their feeling , I'm like tell me what you're feeling in your body they can start to feel the energy moving through their body . They start to feel things . They start to feel the energy moving in the palms of their hands or in their feet , and this is a process that I want to go to , to clear it all the way through them . I want them to have an experience .

If I'm just sitting there doing all this work , you're not learning anything . You're coming to be , you're getting an experience . You're going to feel something , something's going to change , something's going to shift inside you , and that's what I need . I need for you to understand what your role is here on the planet and how to make your life better . None of this is about me . This is about what I've been asked to do to help humanity to understand the human part , because you're not the human , no matter how much you heal the emotional , mental and physical , they're all human . You're here as a spiritual being . That's the outermost layer of the auric field .

Well , let's just say , when you go to a doctor , what do they try to do all the time ? When you tell them you have pain , they try to heal the body . The body's not where the pain comes from . It's either mentally or emotional . What you really hear is the key component . If you can understand that you're having that mental , emotional or physical pain because of a spiritual reason , you have to know what the spiritual reason is . Once you understand the spiritual reason why this is happening to you and not happening to you happening for you , yes , when it's happening for you you can then transcend it . But if you don't know your spirit living in a body , once again you have no awareness how do you heal something ?

Exactly , and a lot of people don't know that when something manifests physically in your body , they don't understand that there's an energy issue behind it . In Western medicine , when you go to your doctor , they're not talking to you about your chakras , they're not talking to you about any of that stuff or your aura . They're just not . They're working within the scope of their model and what they do . And I do believe there is a place for it . But I feel like the world should come together because and it's coming together yeah , I feel that I think that they're going to come together and I think , because I'm a Reiki practitioner and I have seen in articles that it's becoming more common for people to have Reiki practitioners work with patients or be in the room when they do those things , and I found that fascinating .

I was like , well , that's because they see the value and there is scientific research that supports it . And for those of us that are in the spiritual realm , like we know it , we believe it . But there are so many people who need a bridge , they need to know the science and how it meets the other piece , and then I think they can kind of walk over and get on board . But they need that information , you know where . I don't necessarily need it because I feel it , I know it , but I love to have that , though , when I talk to people like I love to bring up quantum physics and talk about quantum entanglement and the quantum field , because it really supports everything that you and I are talking about .

Yes , absolutely , it's phenomenal . I've had my fair share of doctors this year and I know it's because I've already worked on the spiritual , the mental and the emotional . So now they're giving me the physical and they're giving me all force and I'm like , okay , bring it on . You know , getting bit by that pitbull really kind of threw me off . Like really , I didn't expect that . I kind of saw the car accident coming . I kind of saw a little bit of what was happening when I got the DVT and it was just like , really , I'm like you know , this is so much and I'm fighting the doctors too . From now , you know , they're telling me , oh , you'll be on this for the rest of your life . I'm like , no , I won't . No , I won't . You don't know , I'm going . This is gonna be a little funny . I'm going to a doctor for my brain injury . So I don't really have too much of a brain injury , I think . But there is some cognitive stuff that I'm not really getting from the accident .

It wasn't for that , because I'm doing biofeedback and I'm sitting there and I'm doing this biofeedback and I'm watching this butterfly open its wings and close its wings and I'm like , okay , I can breathe with a butterfly , but that's not connecting me with my soul .

And I said to them there's something wrong here . This is okay , I can get my part rate down , but it's not connecting with my soul somehow . So Spirit's trying to get me to understand that correlation for some reason , because the physical and the spiritual are together right , so your spirit's inside your body , the two have to meld together to be as one . That's part of it . But you can only do that through getting rid of the darkness and the chaos and all that . Once you do that , then when the meld starts to take place , so I'm looking at going to these doctors for a completely different standpoint as to why I'm going to these doctors . And the one the other day I was explaining to this one psych doctor , I'm like no , you don't understand . You're here as a spirit and I think I'm teaching him more than he's helping me .

I was just going to say that I think that's maybe why you're there . You're there to help them . It's more for them than for you . Well , it'd be nice if they paid me . That would be great , right .

But I understand that I'm giving a perspective to them that they never thought about . And , whether they use it or not on me when they have their other clients come in , I believe that they're now going to believe their clients more so than they would . Now . My first neuro guy that I went to for the traumatic brain injury he's like you're so fascinating . He says to me like yeah , because you don't understand it . He goes I'm just fascinated by you . This is the neuro psych guy . He's like you're telling me things that other people have told me . And he says you seem okay . I'm like , yeah , I'm like , because I see the other perspective of it that he can't see . So I think I'm enlightening him to some degree . And what I loved about his office is he has crystals all over the place .

So I'm like and Evan when I go in his office . It's just really kind of cool . So there's so much to learn out there , there's so much that we need to get into , like you said , the medical field , and I think that this is one way that for me , I'm bridging it for a lot of other people who may be going in , you know , because I do talk about entities and things of that nature when I go in there . So they need to know this is real .

We're not crazy . No , absolutely . And then I think when you talk about something , if people are more educated on it and they understand what it is , they're not afraid of it . And guess what , when you're not afraid of something , it doesn't have power over you . That's right , it does not . That's why this is important for people to understand . This is really nothing to fear , not to say that things can't on occasion be done you or have that fight fighter response in your body , but you just have to remember that you're in control and can call on your guys .

You know , I understand what it is , I don't need to be scared about it . And then the mind is a powerful tool , right ? So if you put things in there that don't belong there , don't need to be there , it's going to make you think things that you wouldn't necessarily think . That's correct .

Especially before you go to bed . You shouldn't be watching something like that because it goes into the subconscious . Yes , yeah , yes , that's something to really , you know for your viewers , to really think about . When you go to sleep at night , you want to be in the highest frequency that you could possibly be in , because that's going to determine your dream state .

Yes , I work with my girls . I have three children . My son is 13 . He's not really super into meditation or breathwork but my girls are very open to it . I have an 11 year old and a five year old and they're very open to it and it's so nice to be able to work with them in that way and I think it'll be a lifelong habit for them .

You are able to sleep peacefully and even if I wake up or you know , one of my kids wakes me up because they're they need something or I'm always able to get back to sleep and my mind doesn't start to race or go places . I don't know if you're familiar with it . It's a wonderful , wonderful app and they have meditations , they have classes , they have music , the you know , the solfeggio frequency , the binaural beats , like so many things , and I think people really should understand how those things affect your body . We are vibration , we are frequency , so we interact with all of that and it has an effect on your body and I just think it's so cool , all the things that you're talking about and bringing to the light , because the more people learn about it , you're going to increase that number . It does . There is something I was going to say earlier when you're talking with your doctors , I think there is something to planting the seed , because it does they can . Then maybe they'll you know how spirit works maybe a program or a documentary or something will come on and talk about in the world and they're like hold on . I talked to Pamela about that . Yeah , and oh my goodness , and it's going to be that synchronicity then in their life and it's going to help them to move through things .

I believe that I really do . I think that's why some of these things have happened to me this year to get it back into the medical world somehow . And I also have done healings in the hospital for cancer patients . So , and not because they're going to heal , but just to make their life more comfortable , because if they chose to go , they've already chosen to go . So I'm there and the nurses are so grateful that when you're there they are calm and peaceful when I leave and that they're not fussing and fidgeting because they want to get out of their body . So there is even for you , and Reiki is becoming very popular in the hospitals here , like the hospitals have it . I don't know if it's just for patients or if it's for the caregivers as well . I hope and pray that it's for the caregivers , because they need it too .

So I was going to say if you put your hand on somebody's belly and it feels like there's a baby moving around in there and it's a man but it can happen with women as well that's an implant . So what an implant is is like an orb . There's a little orb of energy that needs to be removed , but I don't remove it . I let the client remove it . So I teach the client how to move that energy out of their body and wherever they want it to go to .

I had one girl my God , it was so beautiful . She had been living with this and I didn't know how long until after we were done for her entire life . She said I think it's been there my entire life and we work that energy out . And when it left , I think it left out of the left or the right side of her neck or something and all she kept saying on the table is oh my God , I'm free , oh my God , I'm free . She said she just felt so different after that and it's something that she asked for when she came in right , but you have to have awareness around it to be able to move it . Shamans will usually and I'm not speaking in any way terribly about shamans . A lot of people will go in and remove them . I will not . They have to have the consciousness to know what it is and remove it themselves . They have to be in alignment with letting it go , and if they're not ready to let it go , it's not going to go , and when they're ready , they're ready to go .

I think that's interesting and I like that approach because it actually , when you have somebody work that through their system , you're empowering them . That's right . As they move forward in their life , as things arise , they're going to have that tool to know how to face . That's why I love talking about all sorts of different types of healing modalities , because everything isn't for everybody and sometimes you need to use multiple healing modalities or you're going to find the one that really works for you . And I just say people should approach it with an open mind , an open heart and you'll know who you resonate with and the people who come to work with you .

But I love that empowering people to heal themselves , because that's what we're here to . We are self healers , we are self healing beings . If the person raises their frequency because of something that's holding them back , they get to raise more money for themselves because they've reached a higher frequency . You're healing yourself . Yeah , and just to give you a little perspective on that particular client , two weeks later she sent me a text and she goes oh my God , thank you so much . And after that , mind you , she now is running a yoga center that she got the job as a manager there that she never probably would have gotten before having this . It's a fear implant If it's in your gut , it's a fear implant .
