In this episode, Stephanie is in conversation with Emmanuel Karisa Baya, a farmer, politician, and DDI process work diplomate from Magarini, Kenya. They discuss the power of storytelling and the deep emotional connection it can create between people. Emmanuel reflects on his journey of self-discovery and how process work helped him embrace different aspects of himself, including the politician within. They also discuss the concept of politics and how it can be approached with awareness and collaboration for the benefit of all.


Emmanuel Karisa Baya from Magarini, Kilifi County in Kenya is a farmer and DDI process work diplomate. He is the founder of Magarini Children Centre and Organic Farming Demonstration Farm. He is a trainer in Organic farming and leadership, large group facilitation, and coaching using process work methods. He is a faculty member of the DDI Kenya. He is also an elected leader representing his community in the county assembly of the Kilifi County government.
 
Stephanie Bachmair is the founder of B.ONFIRE. She is also a process work diplomate and executive coach/facilitator. Stephanie is working in the organizational field with a focus on transformational leadership. As a communication passionate, she is researching and lecturing Transformational Storytelling, and is a change catalyst thanks to her process work facilitation skills.
