In this episode, Stephanie is having a conversation with Gabrysia Basiuk -  a processwork diplomat, systemic mediator, and organizational development consultant.

• How being aware of your life myth makes you also aware of your unique leadership style.

Gabrysia Basiuk is a processwork diplomat, systemic mediator, organizational development consultant, B.onfire associate, and faculty member of the Deep Democracy Institute and the Polish Processwork Institute. She supports leaders and teams to grow beyond their limitations to embrace new, emerging opportunities and consciously use their power to achieve their personal and organizational goals.

Stephanie Bachmair is the founder of B.ONFIRE. She is also a process work diplomate and executive coach/facilitator. Stephanie is working in the organizational field with a focus on transformational leadership. She is communication passionate, is researching and lecturing Transformational Storytelling, and is a change catalyst thanks to her process work facilitation skills.
