With the warmer weather here in Nova Scotia and summer break fast approaching, we are asked almost everyday "what are your plans for the summer"? During this episode we encourage everyone to break away from the pressures of having elaborate plans. We also discuss those other summer expectations of being "bikini ready" and being confident in turning away offers of alcohol.
