The Fathers Promise. Part Two
As we continue to delve further into the Father's Promise - the Holy Spirit, we share some of our personal encounters. Our testimonies often serve as a reminder of the epic love story we are in. Through countless experiences, we come to realize that the Holy Spirit is a faithful companion, guiding us into the deepest parts of our hearts. Our Father’s beautiful gift has filled our lives with moments of happiness, laughter, guidance, and moments of correction and tears. What a joy!
Yet, we must be mindful not to quench the move of the Holy Spirit by despising the prophetic gifts or harboring discord within the Body of Christ. As Paul reminds us in Ephesians, “be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to one hope when you were called; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is over all and through all and in all., we are reminded that the Lord has bestowed these gifts upon us for the purpose of edifying and uplifting both ourselves and others.” Beloved sometimes the lack of breakthroughs, miracles, or reconciliations may be due to the discord within the Church body. Just like Paul said let us strive for peace and unity among brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus
In the times of the Lord’s shakings, great awakenings arise. As people begin to wake up and earnestly turn their hearts towards the Lord, His presence descends upon them. We are in a NEW ERA and the time is ripe for the most extraordinary awakening to manifest.
