This week on the Outdoor Journal Radio Podcast Network's Diaries of a Lodge Owner, I'm stoked because here's another episode inspired by all of you. You guys stuffed a bushel basket right full of food-related questions. So I decided to gather them all up and answer them right here.
Now I know. All of you know, that I do love eating and preparing food. Have done a ton of shore lunches, and for a decade, managed the food experience at the lodge. But on this episode, I've planned something special. I wanted to give all of you, not just my opinion, but the opinion of one of the most respected chefs in the cooking industry as a whole.
