Journal Entry 1: I am Commited to Myself
This Journal entry is based off the theme of commiting to yourself.
In my personal life this theme has been reccurring and something I have struggled with.
In this episode I explore why It has been hard to commit to myself, and how with the help of proper time management I can begin.
