Farmer Norah Lake made a pledge to reduce Sweetland Farm's carbon emissions by 90% over ten years. It keeps things fun and interesting at the Norwich, Vermont farm.   "The reality is putting our money where our mouth is, is a pretty important component in in this day and age."
