Two Different Topics: Splitting the Cost & Not Being His Launching Pad to a New Career and Relationship

I sometimes see this happening, and I definitely have my own thoughts about it. It's becoming more and more common in relationships. The situation is such that a woman moves in with a guy and ends up helping him pay for his place. However, her name isn't on the deed or lease, so she's essentially vulnerable.

Also, I see women pouring so much into a guy. They're financially helping him, giving him advice, and more, only to see him walk out the door once they have built him up.
