Taking care of ourselves requires intention, action, and awareness.  This week Kristen unpacks 5 critical areas for taking care of our physical, mental, and emotional well being so we can stay plugged into who we are, authentically show up for ourselves, and thrive so we can start manifesting the feelings and reality we want to see in our life.

1.Reflecting on Communication: How are we talking to ourselves and others

2. Movement and exercise - how do you feel about it?  How do you treat it? How do you include it?

3.Metacognition- when and how are you  reflecting on your thoughts and feelings? How often are you taking time for silence, meditation, presence? 

4. Thriving, creating, and building - how are you taking care of your needs so you can manifest what you want to see and feel in your life?

5. Healthy and feeling beautiful- when and how are you taking time and care towards feeling good?
