EP6: It's easy to just throw nuts in your mouth / postpartum and mental health stories

This week we get vulnerable and share a little bit about their mental health journey, as well as some postpartum stories. We feel like there is so much that is not talked about when it comes with your mental health during pregnancy, and after you have a baby. It just makes you feel even more alone when you're going through so much change. We want to talk about this more, especially as we are still working on our own mental health journeys.
