My goal in life is to help as many people as I can to love Monday’s and not roll their eyes during the working week as they desperately wait for the weekend to approach.

If we reserve just being happy on the weekends, that is only 28% of happiness we experience each. year. And that is just not enough in Candice Harvey’s world.

It may shock you that I have not always been completely in love with my life, in fact, for a very long time, I locked out happiness.

I want to share with you what it took for me to become the happiest version of myself so in today’s episode I am going to tell you the three ways in which I used to block out happiness to show you how you can ensure you feel happy for a lot more than 28% of your year.

It’s easy to stay the same and keep doing what you’ve always done, but if you want to feel truly happy, it’s time to look in the mirror and start shaking things up.
